Hard to believe! My first movie experience after the pandemic. Albert theatres is not ready for the new normal. What made me even more disappointing is the seats (all the seats) were dirty and not properly maintained. Pungent smell inside the hall makes it even more difficult to watch the movie. Its very sad to see a theatre which was celebrated once and now it is struggling to even have a proper house keeping.

A theatre with good audio and quite big hall, parking charges is 10 only. Youngsters are mostly visiting here so girls and families are avoiding. My opinion is to avoid if you are visiting with family. You can enjoy a lot as bachelor and small budget

Its a Super Star RAJINI KANTH sirs Temple.Every thalaivar film will be released here with a huge opening and huge decorations and very huge celebrations.It is located just , very near to egmore railway station.You can find this place and reach this place very easily.And of course , its some old and old theatre , so Ill be like an old theatre.Only Tamil films will be shown here.Of course , only because its a regional Normal theatre.Many new things can be installed or improved.You can book the tickets for this theatre online at ticketnew online ticketing platform.You can also book the tickets offline.The offline ticketing window is located just inside the theatre , after the entrance , very next to the gate.Lastly , its a thalaivaaaaaaaaa s temple..!!

This theatre is good for hardcore fans of Tamil superstars. Not a good choice for family audience. Seats are very old. Jam packed with each other. Not comfortable. AC was not that good. Screen is big. Sound OK.

Best thetre for celebration. Yesterday audio launch was literally 🔥. But they need to improve their hospitality.

The theatre has to do some renovation to maintain the environment clean and safe for the people all are splitting and some of them coming Alcoholic.

This is one of the oldest & popular theatres in Chennai city but still there is no development if you are coming with ladies or family better avoid this theatre so many drunk people coming inside this theatre dont know how management allowing them inside, even if we booked tickets in online they ask us stand in ticket counter line show SMS nd collect tickets this is not at all good

Its a budget theatre, you can watch movie with Rs50, Rs75, Rs95. Seats are good and confortable but no head rest. If you want to watch movie with low budget then this is good place middle of the city. Parking is also good and cheap Rs10 only.

Biggggg Screen and superb sound. Landmark theatre in chennai. Counter ticket is far cheaper than online. Seats in first class need improvement. Balcony seats are good for neck rest. But other seats are not much comfort due to short backrest. Snacks are cheaper than other malls and theatres. Economical class surely Blindly visit.

Not maintain properly

Approximately after 30 years, watched super stars movie (2.0) in Albert theatre. Still the screen and sound effects are good. But they have to maintain some what cleanliness to attract more audience. And also have to improve sound clarity for dialogues.

It is a big theatre having about 850 seats... Its visual and audio are good enough to experience any movie but its seating chairs are not properly maintained... Of course it is A/C theatre... But I feel that maintainance can be improved to some extent...

Not bad. But still we can go and enjoy our movie. Two screens are there. One is big and another one is small. Its a local theater and it is near egmore railway station. It is very closer to it. Snacks items are available inside the theater itself. No drunkard are allowed inside the theater.

Great cinemas in all respect. The place spick and span with a good many options for food. The food prices are reasonable which is generally not the case in theatres.

Compared to its age, theatre is maintained very nicely. Seating is just Ok. Needs improvement.Projection and Sound System is very nice and update. Rates charged for Snacks are reasonable compared to other Chennai theatres.

It is very big theatre in Chennai. Picture quality and sound was amazing. But I prefer during week days because most theatre is free of crowd, so you can enjoy the film without noise.

My all time fav theater.. yes, it needs better seating, AC, snacks and sound system.. but it never fails to give a feel that you are watching a movie with the fan crowd.. i go there mainly to have their cutlet and a very different but tasty sauce...

Very good theater. It is situated near Egmore Railway Station. Theater atmosphere is very poor. While watching the movie, they switched off the Airconditioner, Kindly avoid the same. Otherwise everything is good. Plenty of Parking and facilitate to the guest.

Very Nice n Neat Entertainment centre . Located at the Mid of Chennai city . Easily reachable through Metro , Buses , Taxis n Autos.

Screen is good, seats are smaller, one need to wait in the road lining up for the previous show to end so that the parking gets cleared and then the current show ticket holders and enter the premises to park the vehicle

The theatre hasnt failed to preserve the style and glory of Madras (before Chennai). And that is also the drawback, a comfortable renovation of the seats will be much welcome.

An absolute favourite of Superstar Rajni fans and the man himself. One should definitely catch a Rajni movie here for it is celebrated like a festival :) an experience like no other !

One of the cheapest theatre available for the time being. Host good movies and not disappointing. But seats are a bit sluggish and weird. AC is good but need maintenance.

Its an average theater.Here the seats are more damaged. And they providing the ticket for that seat also.Still AC unit, seats , Audio system has to be improved much more.And entrance of this theater gets filled by water for very small amount of rain.
