Hi, this is an honest review.We had been to Maldives, 4N/5D package to Meeru Island. The staffs were really good at Meeru. We had an amazing time at Maldives. PYT did a great job as we had lot of confusion in selecting the property. Keerthana and Agni communicated very patiently with us often and kept us updated about the other options available. However I did not give a 5 star, reasons being:1. There was no follow up after the first installment of payment.2. There was a reminder email sent only 2 days before the final payment. From a customer perspective I believe a reminder email and a message for the remaining payment should have been sent atleast 7-10 days before the date of payment as the amount to be paid will not be a smaller amount.3. Once we reached Meeru, we were told that the type of room that was booked was not available and were made to wait for 1.5 hours (although they gave us refreshment coupons which we could use ONLY before we got our room). This is still not acceptable as the booking were done very much early.4. While we were at Meeru or even after we reached Bangalore there was no single message from PYT asking if we faced any issues. Which we were expecting from their end.But I was happy that later, after 15-20 days I received a call from PYT from customer experience team and I got an opportunity to explain all of this and she (oops sorry forgot her name, but she was really good and patient enough to listen) took the feedback very positively and she is the reason why I post this review.I would travel to some other place with PYT again. Theyre good at attending clients. KUDOS guys and thank you for arranging a wonderful trip. It is surely a lifetime experience for us. Thank you so much.

Pick your trail folks gave my husband and me a trip to remember! We went to Hard Rock, Maldives for four days and had the best experience there! We booked our trip with them and due to covid our trip cancelled. Our trip was fully refundable and they agreed to pay the amount. But after 6 months of continuous follow up they are denying refund and saying it was not refundable. Never book with these guys.

Ideally, I should give them a little more but I am giving them to star because I planned the holiday to Maldives for my daughters birthday and they assured me that I will get a water villa for those days and to my surprise it wasnt available on those dates. There are other people who have also given similar reviews that they dont follow up after the initial payment and thats actually true because whenever I have had problems I kept on calling, messaging and I would actually get a response after a few hours or a day. Moreover there is Absolutely no communication in all their internal groups because I had to send the payment confirmation to four different people and sending screenshots to all of them to confirm that I have paid and once that happens there was no call until I called before the day of departure.The resort was nice they actually do the bookings, they actually do a good planning but they miss on a lot of nitty-gritty details.Escalation to the managers is useless.I will not discourage you to book through them but make sure that you get every small detail in writing so that you have a proper confirmation in hand. As the smallest details can be overlooked which might ruin your holiday..

Best deal was arranged after some price negotiations, we went to Reethi Faru resort for our honeymoon. The resort deserves five stars. There was a communication issue from pickyourtrail to the resort on the arrival flight details. Which made us miss the seaplane transfer, even though we arrived on time, everything else was splendid.

Trip to SA -The itinerary planning was sloppy from start. Couple of swapping of hotels without reasons being said. Due to the swap of hotel in Capetown, things were bit not in favour for tourists. The hotel had no parking and they had paid valet parking. And then the entry and exit of the hotel leads to a square inn with refugees staying there. No complaints on the refugees, but just that they stare at the tourists which we wouldnt feel secure.Miscalculation of driving timings while planning.A practical knowledge on the places will help them probably in planning.The place itself, activities over there, the hospitality by the locals and the support team from PYT were great. Travelled to New Zealand for 12 Days in Nov 2019 with them.Had such a great experience with them. They have the best and smart itinerary planning tool (checked 2-3 other companies also). The itinerary was very well thought out combining leisure time with activity and the client was obviously at the heart of the itinerary. All the hotels that were booked were located very close to the airports and train stations and also to the designated sightseeing spots. The commute to and from the hotels was hassle free. The pickyourtrail app is one of its kind with information about all your tickets and hotel bookings, currency calculators, suggestions for local sightseeing and shopping. You name it, they have it. The team was always available to tend to any queries or concerns throughout the trip and exceeded our expectations in every way. There were minor hiccups as the location for pickup service for the sightseeing bus/shuttle was not accurate and we would want the team to ameliorate this one snag.The comfort and beauty of the mountains, the delicious and bountiful food, the history we learned and the stunning beauty of the plains, touring small villages and relaxing on the cruise, it was all one could hope for and a very strong inducement to do another adventure very soon! A shout out also to the local guides who each brought their own perspective. Our best tour operator yet!

First thing i would like to say that our Bali trip was awesome . I love discovering new places and exploring them to the max. We enjoyed a lot and thanks to pickyourtrail team for proper management.

This was my second vacation through PYT and as the last time they made this second Europe trip too a wonderful, hassle free memorable one. The commendable part of PYT is that they have a dedicated support team working round the clock ,giving your update, location ,timings of all your activities including the train timings, coach number seat number. You dont have to worry about going through all your emails or print out for all your activities or transfers.A big shoutout to MR .Srivatsan and MS Haripriya for all the help .special thanks to Haripriya for being patient enough to accommodate all my requests and customizing the trip as per my liking and at the same time keeping it within my budget without compromising on the quality of the hotels in all four cities and the best part was as promised she had found the hotels close to the city centre (or public transport )Every hotel /apartment booked was just two minute walk to either the tram /bus/metro station. Vienna location was just fantastic, the tram stop was litterally outside the entrance of the hotel.Another biggest advantage I found booking the vacation through PYT was, we didnt spend anything more, had we booked the whole trip on our own.. Dont know how but all in all the total cost was roughly the same ,had I did the whole booking on my own. They are more professional and know in and out of Europe and their suggestions were very good on few things which were in two minds as to how to go about itI would highly recommend everyone to try atleast once a vacation planned by PYT and am sure they will not dissapoint youSpecial thanks to mr Srivatsan for resolving the small issue we had during the trip.. I had a great experience with booking and planning of my holidays. Booked holidays at Greece and Bali which I could customize according to my wishes and they booked it at affordable rates. Loved their services.

I had a very bad experience with pickypirtrail with my recent booking. They cancelled my weekend bookings at IBNII, coorg 2 days before my travel plans saying there is availability issue at the resort. I told them that I had done my payments of ~50k nearly 8 days back from their website and they took no responsibility for it. They didnt even respond on when I will get my payment back. It was the worst experience I ever had with any travel aggregator. Very unprofessional response, never going to book from them ever.
