One of the worst bank or the management I can say. For a small address updation I have been called for more than a week but still my work is not done. When said letter is been given after two or three days they saying we don’t have any letter and kindly give another or mail us. Are you so irresponsible to keep the letters here and there or might be it would have been crushed and thrown in Dustin. Is it the same with cheque’s ?? I regret why I have my account
Horrible staffs,what ever we asked come tomorrow.Just to make entry in pass book,it took a week .They behave likes we are begging.
