I had to open a term deposit at a Post office near my residence at Thoraipakkam. After reading the reviews decided to visit the Post Office located on CSIR road, Taramani. It was a pleasant experience as I was visiting one after more than three decades. Ms Soumya was very helpful & knowledgeable. She explained the various procedures clearly. She handled the customers diligently and with empathy. Its location was easily accessible, well maintained and had parking facilities. Best wishes to the Post Master and his team.

One of the worst and lazy staff lady. Gone for deposit money in my account on 12th June 2021. Even though less crowded branch for deposit money . I gone at 12.10 pm but she doesnt accept my payment...I request ed a lot as iam coming for long its lockdown time... giving lethargic reply to me.. This type of people should work at private banks ,they will throw out immediately....GOVT is giving good pay for u knowledgeable person s...very very worst ........

Very less crowd here. Very less queue, So we can finish our work quickly. For registered post and speed post timings is till 3pm here. I would recommend this would be the best post office to choose .

This is one of my favorite Post offices. I travel all the way from Madipakkam to Taramani to send any post or parcels. The staff are very helpful and not crowded. Ample parking space available.

Time is Monday- Saturday 10.00am to 4.00pm. But for speed post they close a half an hour before normally that is in 03.30pm. Comparing all delivery types, EMI Speed Post is Very Fast and perfect. It also has a cheap delivery charge for parcel items but that they have taken 2-3 days to delivery. They Newly opened Post Payment bank service nationally. I dont know about the service but already post offices had a savings Bank account service to people for saving Money..🙂

Effective postal office but had an issue with them delivering one of my packages with cash missing. Situated closely to NITTTR. Workers are friendly and intelligent. Not always park in-country mails are delivered timely. Has a small space for car parking. Easily located.

Many times their system not works. I had to go 3 times to complete a simple transection.

Tracking network and portal sucks. Speed post took days and it is not delivered yet. Response really irritates,they dont even attend phone calls

Very very bad experience to this post office, nobody not obay the time, Ill come monthly once only, when I came standing in 10more people in que reson for system not working and internet problem, and employees also work very slowly, am waiting more 55min to attend 7custimers

Extremely worst service... Very lazy, careless and good-for-nothing people work here. Im actually feeling cheated because my tax money is going into these worthless peoples salary...
