I would like to thank ICICI Bank manager Mr.HemanthHe is very kind person very helpful to everyone any kind of enquiry if we ask he response immediately. I am very much satisfied about Villivakkam branch.

Busy Staffs, not user friendly environment. Need more improvement in customer support. Parking also an issue.For cash deposit no acknowledgement, cashier will say you will get sms confirmation but sms will reach after 1 or 2 hours.

Worst service and customer support , branch deputy manager also very worst .
