Bank people themselves have no clarity in whatever they say . While account opening they say net banking kit will reach home, but after few days, when we ask on why the kit hasnt been sent to our address, they ask to come directly to open the net banking facility.Had they told about the procedure properly before , we would have done everything at bank branch while account opening itself .This is unnecessarily wasting customers time in waiting .
For everything we need to visit or phone. When we visit they are not guiding properly and we need to spend more time for a small clarification.
Kindly update the location correctly, that place is residential area, you have the good name in banking sector, this small error shouldnt be there.

Went for loan preclosure and the attitude of the loan person was not appreciative.I am just thinking of the treatment that I would have received if I had gone for loan application. Not gonna step-in here again.
