That is 108 service. Non government organisation. But poor security services. All securities are live in imaginary world. And they have short time memory loss. They forget to inform to people.

Worst experience i have got in there, treating people and team management is not good.

I like to thank the 108 call center team who took appropriate step when ambulance staff refused to take my mom to regular private hospital where she has been under for four years. I dont know name of the female who attended my call, I want to thank her for her diligent followup when ambulance team refused to transport my mom to private hospital. My mom bp went down to as low as 80/60, it was timely and swift decision by the call center team of tamilnadu division. I pray to god this call center female long and prosperous life and my blessings. Thanks a ton dear.

This building 108 and 104 emergency medical services and police,fire some other departments

Worst service i got same ambulance in two occassions.in this summer season aircondition is not working and they didnt have any interest to rectify even repeated complaints submitted by the ambulance staff
