Rooms are good condition but bothrooms are very bad

Very good service and i had a really great time. You have a nice beach nearby and theres a KFC outlet opp.

Lacks cleanliness. Staff needs to be more customer friendly. Limited parking facility.Not upto the mark for corporate bookings.

Worst experience.Rooms are dirty and no channels working in tv..it is just a tv and you can just switch of and look on it thats it...they has to know why they are keeping tv in room...they should know tv is for watching channels..just speaking in English alone not enough for them... arrogant staff behaviour.one staff is very good and polite.....another person not even knows how to speak to guests.in simple words he is not at all fit for that seat.totally waste waste..not fit for one star also...that one star for the staff guy who spoked very good and polite..if the hotel want to improve the reviews then the man sitting in reception has to be changed..guys dont prefer this hotel at all.

You will get a cigarette smell everywhere. Maintenance was too bad. Dont even try to go with your family. The rooms are horrible intercom is disconnected, doors are broken, ac is not working. And they have a worst restroom. Rooms are so congested.

Early check in at 9.40 am cost was very high. It was 500rs. We checked out early at 5pm itself. Do consider this issue since for a 8 hours stay paying an amount equal to 1 day and 1night is too high and this needs to be considered definitely

Unmarried couples come there frequently,, booked through OYO + prepaid but check-in denied, had to wait in lobby and shout at Oyo customer for 45 mins , bathrooms are untidy to the core,front desk is not helpful at all, avoid this and go to silver keys near jain college,big pond in front of hotel

1) pictures in Oyo are of latest hotels, but in actual its a very old fairly maintained hotel.2) no place for car parking. Not even on the street

Poor Quality Stay, this is basically a cheap lodge disguised as a Hotel. The Rooms are decent but the Hotel service is pathetic. BreakFast is a Joke (2 or 3 items on offer which tastes extremely bad) Its like they had some food to throw out but instead they decided to offer it in the breakfast which by the way doesnt start until 8.30am. They do not have any air conditioning on their dining area, just one staff deployed there and the items are finished before you can even start eating.I checked in and I was given a Room with a broken bed (The Manager was well aware about this, yet he gave me the room, was trying to be smart that hell get away with it) Immediately I asked for the Room to be changed. Housekeeping work goes on until evening, odd hours and the staff is poorly trained. You get what you pay for, Id suggest to spend a few extra and get a better Hotel instead. OYO franchise name is being damaged by this Hotel, should be avoided at all costs.

One price is shown on oyo but after booking and about to reach the hotel they cancelled the booking saying we cant do at that price and have to pay 700rs extra... Ive been to this hotel before also but not worth paying more than 700rs for the stay..

AC create lots of noise. Reception is not helpful and not friendly at all. I placed 2 request of complaint about AC is not working and door lock is not working and request gone into deaf year. For hot water, gyser too has some.prb but I managed somehow in the morning.

Neverever book this hotel, the manager is very rude... We have booked this hotel @oyorooms but the hotel manager denied us check-in at night 11PM and showed rude behaviour, though we booked for that night stay.
