Had a rather unpleasant experience today. I went in & asked for a 10ml syringe and after waiting for 10 minutes even though there was only 1 other customer & there were 6 people behind the counter. Finally a boy called Rajkumar saunters over & says that they are not a sugical store and dont have syringes. I asked if they had any size syringes and he said that they had 2.5ml syringes. I had only a Rs100/- note with me to which he says get Rs6/- in change and come back.If this is the kind of service that Apollo Pharmacy gives, I will take my business elsewhere

Whats the point in 24hr service if most medicines are not available? Salesperson should have knowledge about tablets and its alternative ones, but here they just want to send away customers saying No No even if they heard it improperly.

Very bad in stock I order from dunzo everytime they cancel order purposely. Very lazy people and not well managed team. Maybe they have no knowledge about any medicine so they cancel all order

Not good stock, most generic medicines are not kept in store, good part it’s round the clock
