We will have a good feel after prayers here. Anjaneyar will be in standing position which is very big. Temple is maintained very clean.

This temple was previously in Arcot Road, T. Nagar. Now it is shifted to 53rd Street, Ashok Nagar. The hanuman deity is decorated with different alamkarams daily - with butter, sandal paste, betel leaves , laddu, pepper vada etc etc. Many people in and around visit this temple daily. You get different prasadams also daily like Curd rice, tamarind rice, pongal, sweet pongal, vadai etc. Very very popular temple in this area. Hanumath Jayanthi is celebrated in a grand manner here with different carnatic concerts etc

Great spiritual place to spend some time in peace.Not enough space available for car parking. Ideal to come by bike. Will have to park car somewhere near corporation school (200 mts away).One can have almighty darshan near the entrance itself (if you are in a hurry).

Very divine temple for Anjaneya / Hanuman. The molavar Anjaneya taller than the normal temples. There are seperate sannadhi for Ganesha, Durga and GoMatha.

My wife,my son and I came today (5sep2020)(since its my sons birthday) for dharshan of lord hanuman ji, we had a great dharshnam of lord hanuman ji.I think the view of lord (blessings) is equal on all of us, he never shows partiality,But the Gurukkals and other administrators of the temple where very cheap in their behaviour..I think all are equal in front of God, so pls dont give more importance to the people called them selves as vip,hurting very much when there is partiality in the way,(They are asked to get in side, very near to the god) where as others are being rushed aggressively,The way the Gurukkals treated the common people and the people so-called as VIP seems ugly,Even the Gurukkals are bowing and wishing the VIPs in front of god.In front of God no one should wish others,because in the temple the lord is the one and only superior, all should wish god only ,So please try to treat all in the same way, so that the criticism about our religion will come to an end.I trust that the people thinking that they are VIPs will also change their behaviour.. and follow the common way atleast in the temples.I request all the administrators and the Gurukkals of the temple to start treating all the devotees equally in this temple,Pls start immediately and become a leader in guiding other temples..Om Shri RAMA JAYAM

A good temple showcasing lord hanuman as bhaktanjaneya in ashoknagar 53rd st. Centrally located but small lanes lead to the temple. No hundi. People may put offering in priests plate or office counter. Well and neatly maintained. Hanuman visible from outside. Flower vendors adjacent. Teertha prasadam always given.Ganesa shrine and bharatamata idol to pledge our patriotism. Contented visit.

After the TN got agreed for all the places of worship to open on all days, I first visited the Anjaneya Swami temple @ Ashok Nagar Chennai. The devotees and the temple people followed all SOPs for the pandemic. Had a peaceful Darshan. Public do not crowd and are responsible.
