Wow, what a splendid design and amazing infrastructure!! The developers have really upstaged everything with their incredible architecture. Immediately fell in love with the interior of the house it’s wisely built and spacious enough to provide room for the fresh air and to fit all household objects. Water is very sweet and is available in plenty and no issues with electricity too. The maintenance is perfect and the dedicated workmanship of the CRM staff is awesome because they respond and rectify issues at anytime. The location is picturesque with beautiful scenery and serene atmosphere. We feel lucky to have seen this place and we wholeheartedly recommend Amarprakash to everyone.

After a long comparison with other builders, I decided to choose Amarprakash because of its quality construction which was A class. Apart from that, the materials which was used are really selective. Now I am really happy and feel peaceful with the location which is free from pollution and water scarcity.

The amenities assured while booking the flat commencing from the year 2011 onwards are not even made available though the flats handed over to the booked persons 53 months back. Though every owner paid Rs. 1.5L for the Club Aurum & was built with all the payments made by flat owners, the builder claims that they are the owner of the club and furthermore charging annual fee ranging from Rs. 20 K to Rs. 60K. Is it a genuine one?.

I purchased Amarprakash flats. Initially I had booked two and then found that scheme was launched without CMDA approval and the layout changed. I had to change my decision to just book one. Now I see the huge maintenance cost charged by builder @ 2.5~3 Rs/sq ft even after completing the possession of my flat and a tussle is ongoing between owner association and builder Hence new home buyers please think twice as normally builder has to handover maintenance to owners after the specified period following due process as the builder is not supposed to do maintenance as it is a pure conflict of interest. I hope good sense prevails and the matter at TRC is resolved amicably in spite of handover in Yr 2014 . New buyers take your own decision while purchasing as here I am representing facts only without criticizing anyone. Please take your informed decision as many amenities not delivered timely also . Request everyone to read the documents before signature.

They dont meet delivery and delay in years. They never give compensation as per agreement. Model house was very good in quality and actual is very poor in quality. Marketing is done with all gals promises. Service engineer response is very poor. I personally experienced all the above and still experiencing. The biggest wrong decision I made ever is bought house in this project.

For any issues, Every time they say will check with our GM and come back and they never come back we end up with doing follow ups forever.. Worst experience with a builder. Got a house for 50 lakhs royal castle in 2014. Now the house value is so much depreciated due to the builder not completing facilities properly, high rocking maintenance charged forced by the builder for life time (there is not system or agreement and negotiation for this). Cheap staff behaviour. Funny that staff comment here regarding the quality of construction and how owners should feel just to improve their rating... so pathetic state of the builder and his team.Come, visit the constructions, talk to the people staying there and see the sample house and quality in live before buying a house on flash sales constructed by AmarprakashBy the way, I am the same person who testimonial Video is on YouTube. Building construction is vry worst...water leakage from walls in all villas and flats in kadambattur suncity...not a good construction company....

They are claiming that they are giving the flat in cheapest rate.The fact is that,they have their own maintenance agencies and while buying the flat they put the clause as life time maintenance and charging heavily (overall for a month is high as if we are staying in rented house). If you calculate all together the charge is so high than any other builders..Completly disagree this way of looting hard earn money of buyers..
