Took my car on a personal ride, drove 444 KMs.I booked my car for carriage transportation from Chennai to Patna. I had finally chosen them as they appeared genuine and transparent on phone and also had good ratings. Now here begins the story. My car was loaded on Truck four days after I handed it over to them and was finally delivered on 17th day at Patna, despite the promise of 10-12 days. No problem. However, my car was driven for 444 KM against the promise of 100 KM. Again no problem. What irked me the most was that instead of offering a reasonable excuse, they started talking in a condescending manner and all the previous courtesy and smooth talking vanished. They asked me to be content with receiving my car sans any damages and further accused me of trying to create ruckus in order to avoid paying the full amount as agreed earlier. So I gave them full money with folded hands.Based on plethora of experiences, my two cents1. Crookedness is integral to the whole transport business.2. If you receive your goods in good shape, thank your luck and not the the transporter.3. Take all the one line reviews with a pinch of salt.
