Worst customer support. They dont respond to the query raised by a customers. They close the complain automatically with proper response. Highly unprofessional. Very high hidden charges, Kindly stay away from this institution.

Worst serviceNeo Growth has approached me several times for a loan and they sent a sanction letter on 24th Oct after 15days of wait time.And they have asked me to take up a insurance for 3200 as well and i did that too.And also the agreement have been signed and sent.They confirmed the disbursal date as 31st of Oct 2019.And today that is 1st of Nov when I called for a enquiry regarding delay in disbursal they are telling me the loan has been rejected as we have received a imediate action mail this morning that NeoGrowth will not be providing loans to xerox centers anymore.Which was a big shock for me.And I was wondering how can a sanctioned loan can be rejected after a week, for a mail received that day morning.After hearing this i tried reaching thier customer care number and mail id no use at all.After continuos waiting for 1hr on the customer care line thier was no response at all.Mail even worse,just a automared rply and its done no other response.Then i struggled and got the incharges number through my sources.Funniest part is they made me sign a agreement and few documents for disbursal of fund I have signed around 35 pages and they got 8 blank checks signed from me.After the conversation with them this today I enquired through my sources and found that this is a fake organization.Anyways i am not gonna leave this issue,i am really gonna sue this company.But ppl out thier Do not apply loan from these people ,if they call and offer loan just disconnect and block the number u Ill b safe.

Such a worst concern, minded people.. initially they had promised a rate and post that changed all the rates and hidden charges are very high. Never ever go with this fraud firm.

Never go with Neo Growth , They will promise you lower interest rate and charge daily Emi exorbitant rate , Trust me there are several other providers who do provide better interest and peace of mind

Guess it’s a fake company,None of the staff has clarity About their own process and terms and conditions.Thank god before signing the final agreement I saw the reviews and rechecked with them on their process ,staffs are just bluffing.

Annoying loan agency. Copies databases from Justdial and keeps spamming people everyday who are not interested.
