A 3 year old gas geyser broke down and smoke started coming out. The complaint has been pending for 3 weeks. 24 hrs service is a joke. Last time too the technician had no idea about gas geyser and said spares are not available for a 3 yr old model. Pls buy a geyser which has dedicated service support.

Third class service, even after booking complaint these people dont care, now its past one week and I have no technician attended the issue. Highly recommend not to buy this company products as they are not at all professional and will work on their priority.

I bought 3l water heater and it stopped give hot water in 2 months. I have been trying fix this for the last 2 weeks and Venus guys just dont want to accept it is the units fault and keep saying its fine. If it was fine, why I should complain after 2 months. The entire service team LIES! I have used Venus before and thats why I decided to go for it, but now the product is pathetic and no one will accept it. DO NOT BUY VENUS! Period. Go for any other heater, but Venus.

I have venush flash 15 L heater which was purchased in 2010. No single fault during this period. This month my son forget to put off the heater while he left for office. A case was booked with Venus and a tech came and adiviced me to replace the unit with new one as it is 10 years old. I paid him his visit charge and called a local electrical service person . It was found that thermal fuse , cost of ₹ 130 has blown up and the same was replaced. That caused me of ₹ 300 for replacement of that and now working fine. Venus people r clever when they visit for service on non warranty items & advice customers to replace with new unit. .Request all to b careful while u think of getting service from Venus..

Product warranty is two years and definitely the problem will start 1.8 or 1.9 years which you will not identify. Worst Service... Last year we bought two heaters, one of the heater is not working properly. We called the service centre. They are not responding properly. They told within 48hrs they will send the person to check the issue. But it was more than 2 week till now no respond from them. So be aware of them.

I have two water heaters from Venus. One is profusely leaking water and other one stopped heating water. Contacting Venus Customer Care in chennai is an horrible experience. Call keep getting disconnected for no reasons. When I tried to contact a different number, I was repeatedly asked to contact the same number where calls are getting disconnected. My water heater splash Venus 10 litre having 4 time heating coil issue and also started crack in body I never expect this from Venus.Service person came every time after follow up many times, they tried to join the same old coil wire without replacing a new coil. Even it is under warranty period . After putting pressure only they replaced new coil .Eventhough two times replaced new one, now also again failure the quality of coil is very worst.Heater mounting side body starting crack we are afraid the body anytime Fell down.

Wost Experience - Never buy Venus water Heater, Installation person are too rude . Sales person will better you and persuade you by claiming that venus water heater are best. Even reviews in online claim that venus are good it service and everything. The truth is Venus doesnt have any company employees to do the installation. They use contract employees to do installation and these guys are rude in behavior. In my personal experience never buy venus products. Growth of a brand should be on after sales Installation and service and Venus fails in both.

I registered my complaint thro online on 3/11/17 in the Venus Home Appliances web and I received a complaint number for the same,I reminded customer service on 5/11/17 at 10 a.m. to depute technical person to rectify the probelm based on my online complaint registered. . Until now, 9/11/17 18.00 hrs no technical rep has turned up. My repeated calls have not yielded any results. I kindly request one and all not to buy Venus water heaters because service after sale is highly critical and the lethargic and irresponsible attitude of their staff , management and customer care cannot be forgiven. In fact, I made a call today morning at 10 a.m. to Mr. Stalin of Venus who in turn confirmed of deputing the technical rep at 4 p.m. today without fail . But, until now, nobody has turned up. Was it my fate to go behind these people for availing the services ? As a customer, cant I get solution to the problem existing for more than a weeks time ? At least, if anybody at the top level in the hierarchy respond to this pending enquiry ? The product and its services are not qualifired for single star. My Venus Instant Water heater stopped working 5 months from the date of purchase. Service man came and said that it has to be taken to the center to replace some parts. Its been more than two and a half weeks. Still they say they have not received the spare parts.
