Big restaurant. Lots of seating. Parking is easy as its inside a big hotel. Food quality is very good. Music can be annoying at times.

Compared to my last visit to this hotel, this visit was much better, last time it was totally horrible. Initially was lot afraid to go to this hotel the second time, but thank god it was not that horrible as the first time.This time, the ambience was great, the staff were polite, friendly and responsive, though not that fast.Dinning area was a bit cold, but the food served (Veg) was good. right from soup / starters to the dessert was good. Though the dessert varities could have been increased or different variety given.Main course was good, neatly prepared and served.

Decent place to have fun with family and frnds

The staff here is the best around!! The best customer service!!! I stayed at the hotel a week and the staff was so friendly. In just a few short days they learned my favorite things and would bring them to me before I asked!! The Kitchen will make you feel like a king or a green!!! Highly recommend The Kitchen

Best restaurant in Chennai for North Indian

Visited the Kitchen on a Monday and hence had the 25% off on Lunch.The buffet was good with a wide variety of spread. The staff were courteous and seemed to enjoy servicing clients.The restaurant ambience, lighting and decor could be better managed to suit that of a 5 star hotel.

Had a lovely buffet... Good food the spread is continental. Tastewise its great. Enough options to eats and dessert is mind boggling..

Please never step into this restaurant. I wasted alot of money when I went in here with my family. Terrible food for a buffet. May be there were a few items that were good. But nothing worth talking about in here. Id demand an apology from their end, Im sure they dont care for one review of this kind. All of us were highly disappointed. Close to 2.5k per person for an unpleasant experience is a heavy price I had to pay.

The buffet is a wide spread of different cuisines like you accept from a typical hotel buffet. The ambience is good, food tasted even better. Staff was quick and at our service always. We were a large group of 15 and they ensured each one of us was served and serviced well.

We went for buffet dinner. Very worst service. They take so much time to serve the starters.Also the main course they provided was not suitable for the south Indian pubils. Most of it was continental type and taste was not so good. Desert was bit good wen compared to others.

Superb sunday brunch with Lovely live band

Went for dinner - buffet with a bunch of my friends. The one thing I dont like about buffet is getting up from the seat and walking around - but in this restaurant it was as minimal as possible. The waiters were friendly and brought the basics - soup/starters to our seat. Without naming/comparing with other restaurants, the spacing, ambience was better which made the buffet experience loads better.
