This restaurant is well known for its robots which serves you food.We visited this place for our lunch and the food which we ordered was really good and decent. My only concern here is all the items are over priced for its portion. May br these are due to maintain their bots.Over all can try once if you want to feel a different experience in dine in.

Me and friends thought it would be a very good idea to try this robot restaurant. At first, the Vegetarian foods were good and then I came across my worst nightmare and it was the Non-Veg food. You’d better have something in the fridge at home rather than eating the food here. Moreover the foods were served by the waiters instead of the robot which makes no sense in a robot themed restaurant. When asked to the waiters there, they said the robot was busy serving another table and 3 out of 4 robots were not working. After Ive paid, I couldnt stop thinking that I might have been got scammed pretty hard.

There are two Robots which keeps going in a confined line . It brings food to the table.Thats all about the Robot part of it.Food is quiet decent here. They have Chinese, Thai and Indian food. Because it is Robot theme people may not prefer. Discard the theme go and enjoy the food!

I would say that anyone who walks into a restaurant named ROBOT themed, there should be an ice berg sized expectation in their mind.But the restaurant doesnt have an interior that complies in anyway to the Robot theme.Lets forget about the interiors, but there is no place for anyone to wait though the reservation has been made hours ago before coming to the place.About the Robot thats on duty, there is only one Robot which is programmed to rotate around the tables from one end to the other in the same direction without any change. So there is nothing much of an excitement. The robot doesnt talk or make any sounds. It just rolls very slowly and brings dishes on plates and turns to the right of left to serve the platter.Its either, we ourselves should self serve or at times, we would need to handle and serve.Talking about the food, it is amazing and We loved the taste and feel of it. They have saved the name of Moti Mahal. We are happy with the food and dessert that came by.

Already, I had visited the place, 3 yrs back, it was a dark theme robo restaurant with thai and chinese variety and it was so cool back then, now it was owned by some other person and the restaurant was so open to light and as mentioned by others only 2 of the robos were working and coming to food it was great.We were about to pay through Zomato pro.But the attender refused and asked to pay via card or cash which was major drawback.DISAPPOINTED BUT OKAY WITH FOOD.

Good....but not great.The experience was just average esp. it is not value for money. The food is good. But beware of the prices! Much better options are available in the price range. Out of the 4 robots, 2 are not working. Therefore the experience is just mediocre. Also, no proper washroom facility for men and women. All they have is a common rat hole!

The food was below average with no robot service making the name robot restaurant no justice. The service was at its worst. Thai curry, Milkshake, triple non veg fried rice was the worst I ever tasted. Highly disappointed with the efforts that went behind trying this restaurant.

The ambient in restaurant is normal but seatings and dividers are well arranged and comfortable for customers. The speciality of the hotel is the foods are served by robots. The warm greetings by robots while serving is very nice. And one of the speciality of this restaurant is you can find many varieties of dishes served. There are many choices for veggie lovers. Am a vegan, I was surprised to find so much to choose. One of my favourite theme restaurant in OMR. The dark fluorescent robot theme give a mild and calm ambience. Good dine in for couples, friends, kids especially love this restaurant as far as I have noted.I have gone here around 5 times and loved the food each and everytime. The service is very cordial and the special segment is that your food is served by a robot. Which seems its funny and exciting part of this restaurant.

Good restaurant to go with kids who will enjoy being served by Robots that are programmed with the table to serve and call out the name of the dish being delivered. Orders are taken through an app in the tablet computer placed on each table. Dishes are slightly expensive for the restaurant type, but you go there for the experience. Tables could have been little more spacious. Expect the kids to get excited and run around the robots. I found the food to be spicy, but my family enjoyed it.

Place and the ambience is very good.If you have small children then you can take them there and they would enjoy.Only thing is if your family is big with a 10 member then you should seeate and sit.Prices are bit costly but worth the place.

Good themed restaurant where kids will enjoy their time. Food is served by robot everytime. And there r also staff around who takes food and place on the table. Dark ambience and AC wasn’t working fine. Food was good n normal except orange chicken. Fried chilli lamb was really good. Friendly staff but so much delay! We almost spent 2hrs of time there. Little over priced food but can definitely visit once for the Robot.

The food they offer is what would be classed as continental food or ‘home cooking’ but it’s of a very high standard and superb quality. The menu is varied and includes something for everyone. The robo severing was different experience. There are traditional meat dishes, different types of fish and they cater for vegetarians too with plenty of variety available for those who don’t want to eat meat or fish. Specially the Thai food was fantastic...

I wish i would be able to give less than mensus 0...the restaurant and the food is nice. But the waiting is very horrible...we spent almost 3 and half hours for lunch alone....we had to cancel the other plans bcoz of that....poor children got 😠😡🤬👿😤😾😠😡🤬👿😤😾😠

The restaurant should stop calling itself “North Indian” restaurant. The fish tikka was all soggy and tasteless. The Murgh Masala was so terrible that I couldn’t eat even three bites of it. It had terrible rotten tomato taste and unnecessary tangy flavour. I didn’t except good north indian food from a place in Chennai but this was the worst utilisation of every rupee I spent.

Food was okishh..biriyani was disaster please dont try it at all....quantity of food was less..Just a one time wonder restaurant (just for the robot serving)..felt not worth the money..2 stars for the service by humans there and Mocktails😊

Awesome ! Experiencing Robots serving is itself feels great! How I wished those robots would talk to me and chat while I eat ! Just kidding, still great themed restaurant with humble and friendly service, helping us to take photos with the robots too. I walked around the restaurant and I was given the freedom. The place is easy to locate on the OMR with ample space for parking.. Recommend to book a table if you are visiting them on weekends especially if you are with kids..!! Friendly staff. Nice theme. Tasty food. Too much Thai and cheese, do not expect Indian spicy. Better to go around 7 pm, it becomes too noisy after 8 (weekend). Their brownie is awesome.

Food quality rating is 2 only not up to the mark.We went thier for a family gathering we sat in 2 different tables. Max 6 people can sit per table. They cannot merge tables due to Robot walkway in the restaurant. Kids enjoyed and had new experience when 🤖 served their food.

The restaurant is a one which is based on Robot theme. The robots bring the food to the table which is later on served by the staff over there. The food is really good in taste and everything we had was really good and awesome. The food is a bit expensive and every dish costs more than 70 to 80 than a normal restaurant. But the taste of every dish covers it up. The restaurant also charges Rs 200+ on account of service charges for robot and staff salaries, other than 5% gst.Its definitely worth paying a visit.

Post the change of management I went to this place and I must say pretty impressed with their wide choices of menu. Earlier we had limited opportunity to choose from now from north indian to Chinese the spread is more. The price also seems to be quite economical and we had veg and non veg platter and the taste was quite amazing. The service was good and decent. The place seems to be quite safe to dine.The only thing I missed was the tab where we can choose the menu from which was quite fancy. Overall nice place to hangout during weekend

Cant complain on the foods. Well cooked, served well. Waiters still around managing the robots and serving the food brought by robots. Waiters are friendly. Orders keyed in on tablets fixed in each table.Place is dark similar like any other theme restaurants but place stinks a bit. Could be improved. More robotic themes are needed to give a real themed restaurant feel. Until then its a good initiative but hyped place without much of themed restaurant ambience and feel. Price is a bit on higher side.

Robot restaurant this restaurant was beautiful all the food items are expensive. i got two bad experiences i went here twice once i found hair in the food i was shocked this is a costly restaurant but its not clean, i went second time everyone in this restaurant should order food in device but in my second time there is no device i ask they replayed to me customer broken all the device. they thing they are only brilliant people in this world. i have desired not to go to the restaurant anymore.and only chinas food only available there.

The place has been taken over by the Moti Mahal brand. The decor remains the same with the same robots :) Kids certainly get excited to see the robot bring out the dishes and the restaurant calls them Alexa which rings a bell 🤣. Food was good, we had ordered non veg platters, veg platters, biryani, garlic naan, dal makani, non veg thali.. so no complaints.. food standard of the group maintained. From a cost perspective, this is as cheap as it gets in a decent restaurant in Chennai.. worth the buck you pay..

It was an exciting experience for me. Luckily got table, thanks to the reception guy. All ladies robots are preprogrammed to walk on a magnetic line. It will be a fun to visit here with family and friends specially kids. Food was good, specially soup. If u love Chinese, Thai food then this can be ur place. Love the birthday wish form robot.It would have to good if the place was much bigger. Congrats for this new concept.

The restaurant is really amazing. This is a must see spot and if you have kids I assure you that they will be very excited. Do not miss. As soon as you sit you will be served with a mango sliced acchar. It was spicy but yet I wanted an another plate😁. Next was the hot and sour chicken soup unlike other restaurants they really served the best hot and sour the hotness and the sourness was on point. Then I has a thai prik chicken for starter it was amazing too and it was seasoned in coconut oil and the chilli garilic seafood fried rice was too good. This is really a thai cuisine and you will definitely give a different feel for your taste buds. If you wish to really try a different cusine do go for it. To finish the course I had a blueberry icecream which has two scoops and was really filling. And the main attraction the robots were awesome it does bring your food bt still waiter has to place it from its hands to the table loved the experience. A different experience to not miss.

Robots 🤖 are big plus to the restaurant. They are taller and just like a tall.Much attractive by kids and even adults.Robots are mainly used to carry foods from kitchen to table. However human interface is required for loading and unloading. Overall I can see these robots are just carriers.Food:Thai and Chinese items are available. So do not expect any South Indian dishes or any other normal menu.Almost all started are good and tasty. But no dry items which little upset as most of the items are dipped into sauce or masalas.Low light and clean ambience is another big attraction. There is no provisions to club tables to have corporate lunch or dinner.Digital menu card through tab is really nice though. We can control our orders. But, need detailed descriptions for each menu items as most of them are Thai menu.The quality of the tab much be improved as the touch is not quite convenient to operate.Suggesting iPad or any other reputed brands.Only fried rice and noodles 🍝 which not okay for Tamil people. We love 💖 Briyani or atleast North Indian bread items can be included in the menus.Almost all desserts are yummy and tasty.Restaurant:Big restaurant and very clean and silent. Booking is required.No space for parking your vehicle 🚗. Service roadside parking 🙁.Overall different atmosphere and different verities of foods for foodies and kids. Not a best choice for group dining or South Indian food.

The restaurant is,as they claim,the first robot themed restaurant in India. They have robots for bringing the menus and bringing the food to the guests. Ambience wise,the place is done up well with quirky graphics and hangings which are all,no prizes for guessing,robot themed. Coming to the food, one can confidently say that its strictly average. We went in the first month of opening of the restaurant, hence if theyve expanded their menu apart from that,and improved the waiting times,they will be able to sustain.

A fun themed restaurant though the robots are just a gimmick; they just move in their tracks and turn. Thats all they do. Other than the ambience is decent enough and the food is very much palatable and there are a variety of options in menu and each item has its own flavor profile and is different from each other. A different experience thats unique in its own way.

Book table before you go.In the weekend its very noisy with the children playing with the robot. The waiting time for food is long since there are only 3 robot to serve us the food . The taste of food is not so appreciable. Its costlier too.
