Worst customer service. Staff behaviour is very ridiculous.Mainly in their AC resturant there is a guy who behaves rudely to tha customer thinking that he is the owner of this hotel. He takes vastu classes and telling customers to not sit in this table, sit in another table like that. Worst service experienced

I went into the AC restaurant and the waiters dont behave properly... they show attitude and no patience at all... if we ask them something for more than one time they shout at us. But the food quality is awesome thats why Ive give them 4 stars

Good hotel for non veg, we can find all non vegetarian items and different veraity of barotas, not a big fan of Biriyani, idly ,dosa. Must try once Shop, need more cleanliness.

This is a typical Military style hotel. Food is good and very reasonable. The Paya, Brain, Boti and Crabs are my favourite here. Should surely try once and you will visit oftenly.

Good food in a atmosphere that matches similar restaurants in rest of Tamilnadu. Choose the well cooked south indian non vegetarian food of your choice. Not posh, but looks moderate hygienic. Very light on pocket. Try once and if you appreciate taste, you will go again.

Just ok kind of foods, Biriyani is better compare to other foods they serve. You will not get proper chettinadu or Madurai or Coimbatore variety of foods. All mixed mostly dominant chennai flavours. Parottas and dishes are good. Hygienic they have to concentrate in improving but we dont have any options nearby for NV hotel.

I bought grill chicken and chapati. I never had a wosrt experience from pandian. The chicken was rotten and the gravy was rotten. Which was completely unacceptable and unexpected from a hotel like pandian. This was from mogappair east branch

Taste ok but not clean. Its very dirty with lot of fly insects around inside the dining area makes very uncomfortable.

This name Hotel pandian, you can see anywhere in Chennai. They have more no of branches. It is a medium level of hotel and at affordable price. There are more variety of starters and Currys. It is good to done with friends. I have ordered fish chettinad curry. Which is good in taste and I. Good quantity. For rice it was pairing well. And starters are in good quantity for the price which we pay.

Today 27th April, bought Chicken Fried rice. The following were the issues, restaurant people please make sure this doesn;t happen to other customers.1. Too much oily food. They have used the old oil and it is clearly shows while eating the food.2. The soya sauce is spoiled and the total food is waste3. The basmati rice used also smells very old.We know that Pandian is a big chain of hotels, but dont spoil your name like giving worst food.

The food was average and especially the waiters one of the worst waiter service in my life i have seen .There are more than 12 tables but only 3 waiters are there in the entire hotel and the make the food so delay that makes you forget what food did you ordered at the time
