Amazing Service!I had been looking for some easy kind of birthday decoration combo that could make my party decoration easier. Their combos are really very premium and easy to install as well. The color specially the rosegold is what my mom loved the most. I cant express how happy and satisfied i am with the purchase from their store. Thanks a ton for making my birthday special.

I engaged their service for my daughters surprise 22nd birthday. Though the service provider worked for 90mins fixing balloons and decor and promised that it will stay intact for 3 days, did not even last 3 hours. By the time the surprise happened it was a disaster. Had to get them to fix the surprise the next day, by which time it was too late. Will never work with them again.

Such nice collection for any kind of party, birthdays, baby shower or any event. Lot of options in decors.. must go place of you planning for a cool decorated party..

We had booked Balloons unlimited for a high school reunion event. We opted for helium balloons. Ballons were filled at the event venue.Service was extremely good. Approachable staff who are courteous enough and suggest good ideas.The entire party hall ceiling were spread with atleast 12 differnet colours, making it look very nice. The balloons were tied with a lace which made it look very chic.

This shop loots money from customers. They are charging as triple from normal price for the decorative materials. For eg ; for a simple cake topper they charged rs 150. I dont know how come this shop still has good rating in gooogle since many have complained about looting.

I googled and went all the way from airport as the ratings were good,they seriously looted, things were way too expensive for the Chinese items they sell.It was for first anniversary, and out of the letters happy anniversary 4 were damaged (having leaks)As this kind of products are being delivered when ordered online (flipkart and amazon), i went for this offline store and still the same happened. It ruined the entire event.I should have got the same stuff in less than half of the money I had spent here with better quality, if I had known the city and shops well. They dont have the wide range of items either. (I asked for gold coloured but the only had silver)

So costly, no discounts.Quality was good but not up to the price they charged.

Cost is very high compared to other shop Rs 20 means other shop here same material and same quality Rs 80.

Prices are toooo high...I had the experience yesterday where i bought letter ballons here each letter cost is 80 rupees and the same size letter ballon rate is 20 rupees in ambatur this is not acceptable...see the differencr from 80 to 20 same product...worst experience and waste of money...

My son birthday party event planned to start from 6PM onwards but decoration was still not completed fully till 7 pm.. hence we stopped till wat ever completed and we started the event since it was very late and all guest has been arrived.. amount was not also refunded .

Had a VERY BAD shopping experience today with balloons unlimited.I was so excited to go there after checking their reviews. But very unprofessional and no proper customer service.As a parent, we had many plans towards our sons birthday party and decided to go here. First thing which I noticed was, they were very attentive towards a customer looking for event planning. We felt completely ignored during our time inside the shop.Not at all affordable if you are looking to purchase decoration items. Please look for some other shops. There are many good shops if you search deeply in Anna Nagar.After shopping in this store, we went to another super market in Anna nagar west where we bought so many party decor items at a very cheaper rate and VERY GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS. Also, the sales girl was so kind and polite, she showed us many items even though I kept nagging her to show this and that. Also, there were many customers and she was the only person in the party decor items department. She didnt even snap at anyone and behaved very politely.I completely regret going to this balloons unlimited store.I also noticed one more thing, they didnt have anything I asked. Their reply was WE DONT HAVE.My plans got busted there itself and I bought few items from whichever was available there.Even after coming home, I am feeling very low and this Shopping experience will definitely haunt me for the rest of my life and during every year when my sons birthday comes.I dont mind spending more money for MY ONE & ONLY SONs birthday, but the money which I am spending should worth it. Here in Balloons unlimited, it totally NOT WORTH it.BALLOONS UNLIMITED - Please change your attitude towards your customers. Put a smile on their face. Its not a very big deal. They are coming to take home a good shopping experience. Please dont make anybody feel bad. Its my humble request.

They have ample of choice and staff is very friendly. But advice to anyone- just call and enquire if they have they balloons youre looking for because I wanted the helium 20inch 1s and 2s and sadly they didnt have stock.

Worst place! Overly priced. They mix normal gas Instead of helium. 240rs for three helium balloons which was filled with normal gas. Worst place!

They are in Koyambedu and not Shanthi Colony. Helium balloon available, expensive when compared to other retail stores. Helium began to drain out in 1 hour itself.

I thought the shop was too big,,, but its 14 cross 12 ft shop with things for birthdays.... Its good and the service was great .... Absolute but I got zero discounts.

Very expensive shop, almost all the items he is saying the price just like that.Foil baloons he is selling to higher triple the price.Foil letters for one he is saying Rs. 80/- per letter, in parrys they are sellings each at Rs. 20/-Baloons for 70 pcs Rs. 100/-quality is good in parrys .In this shop he have the worst quality and selling on higher price. Will not recommend to the customers to visit this shop.My suggestion to go on online shopping or santhosh supermarket anna nagar. You can save lot of money.Very expensive....Dont lose your money in this unworthy shop .......

Very bad experience I had with them two days back we place the order .while conversation they said once door delivery done u can pay the payment .. when we call them on event day ,they said without payment we can’t delivery the material. We ordered only one set balloon it’s coast 1500 Rs .suddenly they said if u take two sets only will able to give you in last minute we don’t have options.The man his very rude and don’t know how to talk with customers .my humble request plz don’t give low quality material to the customers. Explain them very clearly before they paying to you single money value for them .

We got a balloon decoration done for a birthday party. Very professional workers, quickly and smoothly made and job done on time. My guests liked it well and the decoration is still almost intact after

First of all, it was not professional of the shop owner to command me to remove my footwear outside (after 15 mins of being inside the shop), without a board outside to remove footwear... Secondly, I spent more than 30 mins in the shop just to buy few balloons (thanks to the staff boy who had a dont care attitude)... Overall, will remember this shop for the worst customer care...
