Worst! Cheating firm. Not a lending library. You will not get the books and sometime thrown into ur compound like a newspaper. No respect for people and books. We never got books what we ask for. If we will get 2 yrs old magazine and torn out and unknown author books, why should we pay the early subscription of Rs. 6000/- . A complete waste of money. If anyone could let me know the way to get a refund. Please suggest.

Getting books on time and the service is so good. Tarrif also reasonable.

Absolute waste of money. The person who talks to you in the phone can tell all the books and authors names so fast like hotel waiters and he can talk like he loves books and they shouldnt be mishandled and stuff. Nambi yemandhutten. But they would never bring books that you ask for. They are pure fraudsters. They will only bring monthly and weekly magazines which can be bought at a very low price of your own.

The owner Rajan do not respect customer. The choice of book we request never come.They demand for annual fee and once you pay, you need to pray God . Rajan will by another house another car cheating people.We should not only chanse the loan defaulters . We need to teach such swindlers the right judgement.Let us make sure we do not subsribe and waste money to such library.Now they started it in new name called Madras Library . Most of the customers are asking for refund, due to the poor customer service and high attitude.

I am the latest victim. For me it was a Mr Rajan who did the sweet talking. I am writing this just to let you people know that, if you paid by credit card, you can file a dispute with your bank stating that the promised services were not fulfilled. I just got my money back hence I thought I would let people know.

Horrible service. They have collected the subscription amount but delivered books only twice. They will never pick up the phone. Pleas do not sign up with this library.

It is three months from when I registered for door to door deliver, till date they have neither given me a receipt for the annual subscription paid by me nor have given me books regularly. Till date I have been given books only once. They do not respond to cell numbers given by them at any point of the day. I doubt if they are fraudulent.

I am experiencing the same problem... they are not responding and the books what I want they are not bringing it.. if i can cancel the subscription or its possible I Ill do it... Im calling them for last two days none hv pic k the call

Madame VASANTHI SRINIVASAN, realy even I agree with you. The Sri Devi library is collecting subscriptions and not delivering the books.In fact one Mr.Raja is the collector of subscriptions and the owner identified himself as one Mr.Selvakumar once. Why we should not approach the authorities and raise a complaint regarding this.
