When we called multiple vendors including them to do inspection on site and give for quote, we were Impressed with the approach of interior jumbo on the ideas and knowledge they shared. Great professionalism and they ensures 100% customer satisfaction. When you handover the key to them, they ensures to complete the project on time with not even a single extra cost. I have atleast reviewed about 15 interiors before I fixing and none of them were able to give this quote for this quality. I would also like to appreciate the workers they have who ensures to give a smile and agree for any additional work we request. Overall true satisfaction and the look of my house s fantastic and elegant.

It was a very nice experience working with Subramanian and team, of Interior Jumbo. From the start, everything was very professional and friendly. Subramani showed a sample site, explained their work, then came to our house and understood our need. When we were not clear on what we needed in certain rooms, he provided practical suggestions. He gave the quotation with very much optimal and competitive price. When we delayed to decide, he waited patiently and followed up regularly but without irritating like other vendors.When the work started, lockdown also started and the work halted for a while. When the relaxations started, he provided the team with mask, sanitizers, etc. and the team (Viji, Senthil, Kumar & others) worked very well. Whenever we needed changes or suggestions, they gave it very well. Especially designing the kitchen was a tedious thing and they have satisfied us perfectly.We delayed a lot to choose the laminates, still Subramani waited patiently and gave us good suggestions as usual. When we chose something not nice, he did not agree it blindly, but corrected us without hesitation. Now the house looks great due to the great work of Subramani and team.Best thing is Subramani never frowned for too much of questions and doubtful looks from us, but stayed positive always. Rather than the looks, usability is the main thing that I would much appreciate. I am writing this testimony only after 4 months of using the work. Poor response and poor communication.Any interior company will visit the site based on the customer preference,here it is the reverse,i had to follow multiple times to get their time slot .Even after getting the time slot they dont make it and atleast they should have basic courtesy to call or text the customer saying that they will not be able to make it.Poor professionalism..

Did our interiors with Mr.Subramanian. He said I will fix any problems after handover at anytime. Till now he has not visited to fix it and giving silly reasons to avoid. Poor after service and giving false promises. Not fit to do business in my opinion. Be cautious before doing interiors with Mr Subramanian.

Initially I was a little sceptical to go by google reviews to downselect interior for my new project. With a confused mind, half hearted gave a call to Interior Jumbo team to get their opinion. To my surprise, all worked well - Mr. Subramanian was very professional in his approach and his customer centric attitude impressed me by miles. I was looking for some good &affordable interior designers for my new home and heard about this guys work through my friend. Your Reply : And due to Covid-19 break out and lockdown scenario we have faced the labor availability issues and we have never missed your call and we have always intimated you (Mr.Ganesh ) on the same - - - - - - MY REPLY: I never asked you to do the services during Covid outbreak and during 2020 lockdown. It was only after the restrictions were lifted and you resumed your services I started calling you. I can remember you saying am busy with multiple new projects & hence cannot come now. I hope you can check your call logs how many times I have called you during the period of 6 months. You never bothered to visit to fix during those days and you came after a long time (almost after 10 months) and that too after I asked for a refund of amount since you discarded in doing the services to be done. After all this happened I never wanted again to call you but I allowed since you requested and pleaded that it was your mistake.2. Your reply : And after resolving all your queries, when we asked you to update the negative review, you asked us to change the laminate color of a wardrobe which you have chosen willingly. The reason is that you dint like the chosen color of the laminate which you had approved. - - - - - - - - - MY REPLY : I request you to not change the facts/words. I have told my disappointment multiple times on the laminate which was not selected by me. You once told the laminate vendor have delivered a wrong laminate and you were not at fault for that. I chose a laminate and you installed a different laminate and now you say it was selected by me. I still have the laminate color which was chosen by me. Dont try to change the facts.3. Your reply : And when we said no for it, we were informed that You (Mr. Ganesh and Mrs. Tharsha Ganesh) CAN ONLY UPDATE THE REVIEW ONLY IF WE CHANGE THE LAMNATE.And we have explained the same that it was not in our scope to change the laminate. And it would be charged extra.We have mentioned the same before pasting the laminates or while choosing the laminates. Its all open to discussion. Once it is fixed it cant be replaced unless we redo the entire work. - - - - - - - - - MY REPLY: Yes I said I will update the review once you change the laminate. I also accepted that I will bare the laminate charge and not the labor for the same for which you said will discuss later. You were supposed to change it in April 2021 (Said by you ). But till now you never called or messaged me regarding that and I knew you will not.Mr. Subramanian , I could see from your reply/comments that you are trying to prove all the mistakes are from my side and as I said before Business is about gaining customer trust which you have failed again. Thanks.Latest Update: I regret doing business with Mr.Subramanian. Its been more than 6 months i have been trying to reach him for fixing issues (Air bubble in the laminates , Edges peeling off , Unfinished sharp edges in the plywood ,Slide doors not moving etc..) but he never came to fix them though he said he will fix any issues anytime after the completion and there is a warranty for 5 years. Every time i call him ,he gives silly excuses to avoid the visit to fix them. I am tired of always following him to get the fixes done. He has time to work on multiple projects but never cares about the completed projects as the payment is done. I would not recommend him to do interiors. Business is about gaining customers trust which Mr.Subramanian has failed to do it.Completed the entire interiors for my 3 bhk villa in less than 3 weeks. Very classy finishes with decent laminates at an affordable budget. Thanks to Mr. Subramanian for being very helpful and professional throughout . Would definitely recommend 👍
