I have bought an apartment from BBCL and we had one of the worst experience.Builder refused to repay the maintenance caution deposit even after the formation of the association. Each house he has collected from 1.5 Laks to 2.5 LaksWith in 2 years the top floor parapet walls are broken and we struggle with this builder to repair it. After 4 years of fighting they have repaired it but the tiles are damaged within 3 months.Sewage treatment plant was not working due to faulty design with in the 6 months and builder refused to repair it.Ground floor pathway was very badly layed and it got damaged with in 2 years and the builder promised to repair but finally not repaired it.One of the very worst builder in the Chennai.

We did visit bbcl office last week as project handover is getting delayed (the date mentioned in the agreement is crossed already). Met md and understood that he is good in pacifying us. We went there with all docs and bills so that we can cancel the business deal with bbcl but return Empty handed. Md has promised us that the things will change soon and asked us to wait for one more month (till end of sep 2020)... keeping our fingers crossed

They are fraud Builders. Please dont purchase any flat and villas from BBCL. POOR QUALITY AND STANDARD. Before purchase kindly visit to already completed projects they will tell u about BBCL.PLEASE DO NOT INVEST HERE IT IS NOT A RIGHT PLACE TO INVEST YOU WILL FEEL FOR THE INVESTMENT YOU HAVE MADE.THINK WISELY.

Cheaters and poor management, skipped registration thrice till date due to NOC and stuff. Be very careful, legal issues. We are going for police complaints with BBCL.

If you ever want your dreams to be nightmare, please go ahead with this builder. Cheap materials, poor labor, pathetic management staff, cheap behavior, false commitments. To explain about them in 2 words [Fraudster & Cheater]. Please look elsewhere if you are serious about your money.

Im looking for zero ...not interested to put single star...as a common man Im blaming myself, dont know what to tell... invested in bbcl ashraya project my wholel life strucked..by seeing all those thing sometimes I feel bad... everyone teasing and scolding that I dont have knowledge and I have wrongly selected the builder.. that hurts me a lot ..

Im a buyer and have been waiting for the past 1+ years for the AShraya project to complete - when it was promised to be delivered by June 2017.I strongly recommend no one else make this mistake of trusting thier words. PLs take a look at the property site and decide. There is absolutely no progress for the last one year and whats worse is no communication from the reputed builder. Pls dont take people for a ride.
