The best builder ever. I wish the purchase had gone through. After about 3 months of booking I cancelled the booking and without any issues whatsoever I got all the money back in just 10 days. I so happy. This gesture creates trust and loyalty. If you guys were in Bangalore I would close my eyes and go for it.

Various leakages were found in pinnacle crest by residents. The builder has failed to resolve these issues. Public should be careful.

Please never buy an apartment form them or never hand over your land for construction as they do not keep promises and have a poor quality build. They please everyone with their sweet mesmerizing words but the results come out bad. Trust me, I still have pending work to be finished by them, which they promised to finish by last year.

The construction may be good , extraordinary or what not. I had a very bad experience with the driver who had come to take us to Crown residencies. The driver had no manners. He was instructing us how to close the car door etc. The first impression is lost with such kind of instances. Never book a visit with them.

Do you guys really care for the people who call you for an information.. Worst reception service.. Asks us to call a person to a number which will just keep ringing for the whole day.. Nobody bothers to answer it.. Then how come you guys will sell your worst located expensive flats around the Koyembedu metro station.. Better stop advertising

These people sold flats at pinnacle crest,shollinganallur,omr by not providing a single visitor parking for 421 flats.this happened because they sold visitor parking slots to individual flat owners more than what each owner was entitled to,so as to sell their flats.this is the ethics of baashyaam constructions.

When requested for the refund of the advance, they promised that it will be done in 2.5 months but it has been 5 months since, and yet no sign of the refund, despite numerous phone calls and email follow-ups. NO PARKING FACILITY FOR OTHERS OR OUTSIDERS

We bought a villa at le chalet sriperumbudur baashyam and were promised a lot of amenities but nothing has been done till date. This included basic facilities like rain water harvesting and sewage disposal. Please dont buy their properties. Its a waste of money!
