Lots of models in showroom to check out.But was a bit disappointed when I came to know that the RC390 didnt come in Black color 😅.Showroom is decent and is located on the main road. The map location is correct ✅

The showroom ambience is good and the response of them is nice but there is no waiting place in thay showroom ne customer shoild wait outside the showroom there is no sofa or any waiting room like other showroom have... But the delivery speed is quick overall nice

Im not a Big Bike nerd, but I know one thing for sure Customer is God and thats not the deal here, The Employees of this service center clearly make fun of the people who come here to get their bike serviced, some times even speak in Tamil to crack a joke about a person who doesnt know Tamil, I have got few fixes done here and one service, the Other guy is alwyss negative and give way off the chart estimates. Only person I have respect for is Shankar Bro hes Knowledgefull and Postitve unlike the guy who makes the bill whos always grumpy and in no way ready to welcome the customer. Hello Ktm I really felt bad today after going to a showroom which was located in pallavaram, Chennai jai bajajThe service guy doesn’t respond us clearly and responded in a rude manner we have asked for a test drive he is saying that still no bikes are available for test drive How a showroom can run without test drive bikes This is really unfair

Small collections but good customer relation... 3 days delivery of my Duke 200 Baby... Grateful if they sale accessories too..

My first impression was very bad..I just walked into the showroom and the guyz working there were very unhelpful..they didnt even explain about the bikes properly..nor were helpful with the quotation of the bike..they just handed over an pamphlet and then thats it..poor experience.. wouldnt recommend to anyone

Neither good nor bad. Just okay for a small show room and service center. They just delay spare parts replacements (service). Other than that the employees are friendly and good.

Good place to service your KTM. no issue in service aspect, but you wont get a good accommodation, i gave my D250 for service and i stood outside in summer for 2 hrs.

KTM Pallavaram has one of the most prompt KTM service centres in Chennai. Mr. Shankar never ceases to amaze the customers with his outstanding service quality and knowledge of the bikes.

Had few worst experiences with this pallavaram franchise.... Wen u say the problem, they dont even take a drive to find out tat but straight away they ll say this part would have gone so need to change this nd the amount will be this.... They are totally money minded....Once, they have not even changed the parts but billed me with those.... Wen I checked it out on delivery nd asked....they sd its yet to be done.... I got hyped nd said am not satisfied with ur services.... But the guy said they are not doing services for customer satisfaction, they will do only as per their satisfaction.... WTF yaar...???

✓ Very customer friendly staff members✓ Helpful for immediate fix or any problems faced by bike. And fixed for free !Once my friend had accelerator problem on throttle electronics,KTM Pallavaram fixed the issue in a day, and for free, and promised it wont repeat again.

Very responsive and friendly people available to serve you better and make the right choice while choosing your dream bike.The showroom is well maintained when compared to others.When i first visited the showroom duke 390 was not available for test ride but Rahim was kind enough to arrange for the test drive bike within 2 working days.From the time of booking to the delivery of the bike Abdul Rahim and Akbar made ease of all the processes.All my doubts about the bike were properly answered without any hiccups.Recently they had even conducted the customer connect program to get to know about the basic DIY for properly maintaining your bike.Kudos to KTM Pallavaram for excellent customer service.
