This place is exactly located in ayyancheeri in urapakkam, 15 min interior by walk one could catch auto near ayyancheeri entrance.It is gated community best place for parking, Gym, park and other amminities... Purchasing a house from this builders is not that easy, but we have purchased it.They ll take time to deliver a unit but they ll deliver in perfect manner. Costing is good and transparent but charging interest for delay payments from us. One should follow every second with the CRM people for our work to be done. Good water facility and atmosphere specially during rainy season. One of the best facility is Urban tree car which is paid vehical from Superb to GST Main road and mini theater consist of 25 seating.Above all upcoming south station Bus terminal is next to this superb compound. Superb by urban tree is easy to access by google map. 20 min by walk to urapakkam railway station. IT companies, Restaurants, super market and police station and clinics are near but for big hospitals one need to come to Tambaram Hindu mission.

Gated community, and only good for family, I was staying there for 1 year as a tenant, the association peoples are waste and very rude to bachelor who stay there. And if a bachelor is going with friends to the room if it is a female they will come and make scenes,and enter into our personal life, all the association peoples are living now also in 80s. Very bad atmosphere for bachelors, and it is situated in innner area 2 to 3 km from main road, there is no good shops, restuarant or any thing nearby 1 km.the price when I am taking time it was very low 12000 for 2bhk , now for unfurnished 2bhk they are saying too much and very high, for that in main road itself there are too many 2bhks available in sis safa, sis, markesh, akshaya, feather lite vaikundam, Sterlings there are to many flats.

Newly launched condominium complex. The location was great, peaceful location & pollution free. About 1.2 KMs from the GST road Urapakkam. Auto fare from GST road Rs.50 & from Urapakkam railway station Rs.60. The auto drivers may sometimes demand more, but you can negotiate. The housing complex having all modern amenities like, Swimming pool, gym, spa, super market, park, basketball court, badminton court, power back-up, etc. It also having own transport facility to pick-up & drop inmates to the GST road. The proposed new bus stands back side is next to this complex. The project is almost complete and you can see the actual images.

Horrible place to live, absolutely no privacy in this apartment. One houses balcony faces the other houses bedroom. You hear when somebody on the upper floor is using the bathroom. It will sound as if somebody is in your toilet.

Beautiful environment with green building concept... we had seen agreement and other things verified.. no issues with roads and their quality of construction is good. Yes there may be some plus and minus..nothing to be worried in any ways.. maintenance was doing great.. Worth for our money to be brought in superb.. They have all amenities including rooff top garden... excellent park facilities .my rating will 4.5 for this project

The apartment has a Calm ambience. A nice place to live in, away from traffic noises. Rent and maintenance cost is a bit high compared to the other apartments in GST road.

Very attractive place and located very near to Urrapakkam railway station. Peaceful apartment.

This Is the best upcoming place.Will be the best place in terms of connectivity.

The people at the site are really helpful and they take very good care of the customers. But, their CRM executives are the worst. They dont do things on time, they dont reply to your queries and you have to talk to them for days to get even the simplest of things done. Urban Tree management must really consider replacing their CRM executives.

Please dont buy apartment from this builder. I got an apartment in their WOW project and they are not transparent and worst builder.They will say something and deliver something. they will say we pay if we delay After delaying for 2 years they wont pay the rent stating that we have missed our payment for couple of times and collect interest from us for late payment which is not fair at all. they wont pay for their delay but will get interest for our late payment. I am unable to give negative rating so only gave 1 star. Dont become prey for them. There are better builder that urban tree who will keep up their words. They will say they will have customer meet which is waste of time. you cant meet the MD once you make all the payments

A gud neighborhood. . But, within a year by 2020/21 the CMBT-2 a very busy choatic with heavy foot fall will be there @ the backyard

Nice model apartment.. Nice and calm place away from the busy city.. One thing which is stopping me is the dump yard just few meters away from the project.. They are burning those in the night and choking the place.. My friend stays near by use to complain about this... Everything else is good.
