Horrible costumer service, office side is working unacceptable, always say tomorrow never call back,for email no answer. Pension just take from everyone like their money.

I worked for the company for a year and a half in one of scotlands branches. The company functions souly as a business rewarding centres with the highest number of children and financial profit while completely ignoring the quality of childcare. The children were often deprived of essential resources such sleep mats, blankets, sheets, cups and plates. When damages to the centre occurred it often took considerable lengths of time before being repaired even though sometimes it imposed dangers to the children. (One time the room collapsed due to a leaking pipe in the ceiling. It took several weeks before being fixed and staff were told not to inform parent and guide them away from the room to prevent them seeing it. As a result, the room was unable to be used and children were forced to play out in the garden in below 0 degree temperatures for many hours even when they requested to come inside). Rooms were consistently overcrowed (above legal regulations) and regularly understaffed. Staff members were treated disrespectfully and overworked. Usually being asked to step away from their child care dutys during the day to complete paperwork. This left the staff in the room overwhelmed and stressed. If you were already understaffed and physical unable to leave to do paperwork you were reprimanded for not having it done. On top of this many staff memebers were untrained and left without support. These are just a few examples of the disgraceful things I experienced in my with the company.
