Amazing customer service! The owner of the shop is cordial, helpful and even offers good discounts. I had an urgent order that I needed before I travelled out of country and inspite of the severe time constraint, they helped me out and completed the order on time.

This shop is supposed to be closed forever. Its the worst place for uniforms. Even a roadside tailor will stitch better.The owner of this shop does not know how to speak or respond to his customer. He bangs the phone even while you are still asking him.He claims to have been in this business for the past 30years but even a new learner knows that if measurement is taken, dresses have to be of that size. A slight difference is OK though.He takes the measurement of a 9yr old kid and stitches that of a 14year old.Pinafore has no loops. The shoulders are dropping. The pocket goes behind. School badge is literally near the underarms.Shorts (nicker) is like wearing a nightwear.

Worst exp ever..... I have never had such horrible uniform stiched for my child....Gave them the order on 23rd May ... the delivery date was 5th June... However, I received the finished product only on 18th June......They gave us the material so late and even gave the uniform skirt without a loop for the belt... This person in the shop seemed to be a good business man.. however after he took the money.. he was not bothered,.... He told me to tell the class teacher to adjust.. Chinmaya has introduced Brown uniform this year.. So my daughter did not have the previous years uniform to wear either. She was embaressed in School....
