Jai Jinendra! This is located at the centre of the city. Easily accessible. A very good temple. Its is generally not crowded. One of the best temples in Chennai. Clean and tidy too. The surrounding area is also well maintained. Its open to all irrespective of you being Jain or non-Jain.

Jains normally do fasting.One day fasting means...2 nights.. one day.... 36 hours you should not eat ..In prayer Jains seek daily pardon from all living things.Live and Let Live is followed.Help needy.Jain food is available every where.Varshitap is done by many people.In this fasting...one day fasting next dayEating only two times.Again 3rd day fasting.4th day Eating twice.Like this one has to do for one year.

It is a revered temple but not a great piece of architecture. It compares nowhere with other great Jain temples such as delwara, palithana, ranakpur.
