Dear friends, sorry even One rating is also very high for their performance. I suggest Google to provide options for Zero and minus rating also. See enclosed photos of the project constructed by Jain Housing and handedover recently. Is this the way of handover to customer?Please dont purchase any apartment/flat in the Jain projects and loose your hard earned money.Worst management, poor quality of construction, non response/ cooperation from their team. They will not respond to you mails, messages, calls. Very very very worst builder.

This is one of the worst builders in Hyderabad. They have collected all money along with Corpus fund and 4 years maintenance but dont seem to give a livable condition to the owners. The condition of G block in Jain Carlton Creek Hyderabad is worse than a slum. They are not at all listening to owners issues and not fixing them. They have put all cheap materials and in walls only sand is coming. God knows who has done the quality checks for these buildings. Please dont invest your hard earned money in Jains project.

Dont Even think of putting your Hard earned money in any property of Jains housing. Owners of previous properties are struggling and fed up with poort quality of flats , delay in projects and false promise by builders. They dont complete project in time, check Jains Carlton project where residents are protesting over poor service, delay in completion . I went after seeing their AD in paper for very cheap price but on reaching there i enquired residents who advised to stay away from builder.

None of the Jains workers and management care about what their customers need and what problems they are facing. They just here to collect money and do some formal work. I don’t see single area to say they did good job. I am really wondering who is that idiot did the quality check? Sand is coming out from walls , all doors are bent, switch boards are not aligned properly, washroom tiles doesn’t have slope what else not every aspect it is disaster

Made a big mistake and bought a flat from this Jains, please dont do that, they dont respond to anything, they will not get back to you for anything, made a huge mitake, just letting you people know helping you guys out, dont make the same mistake that I did. They dont even have a proper desk phone number, they will never attend to you, nothing but pure evil people, trust me. If you dont believe me, just call the reception and tell them you have a small issue and tell any of their apartments name, you will never go back to them.

Initially it may sounds new and good for any construction, am writing this review after 10yrs of usage Jains Nakshtra Nolambur, The apartmrnt is damaged to the core, most of the pillars started cracking, water sepage in all the buildings all the floors, bathroom tiles are not laid properly so seepage will start from bathroom, so better avoid jains , i will post the photos in a while... Location and amenities are good but building quality is 0% you need to like in fear when it will collapse... so pls avoid

Very worst construction. Do not go to Jain Housing for buying apartments. I never see an apartment damaged all areas of construction like plumbing, wood work, roofing, STP issue, ete..with in 2-3 years from handover. we can list more as well.

I have purchased 3BHK flat from Jain Housing. In view of my involvement with them, they are collection of solid people. Their aims appear to be the key; they needed to be the best builders in first class classification. They faced a few temporary amid my project however then I understand they were wandering into venture of this scale for first time.I understood they had taken in their lessons well and dealing with those in their continuous projects.I would surely suggest to investing in their projects. We bought a new construction property in Chennai. Jain housing was very patient throughout the process. They took the time to explain the buying procedure for new construction homes. They gave us the valuable suggestions while negotiating with the builder. I think that definitely gave us a better deal. Not only this, but This team had been good advisors in terms of suggesting us from where to buy the appliances etc.

Really happy about getting a unit from this great developer. With their vast experience in the construction industry, they have successfully launched a lot of residential and commercial projects. fantastic work by the engineers and architects. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I am giving 1 star rating because of the worst experience with Site Engineer Murugan. I booked the flat in Jains Inseli Park last year Apr 2019 but Handover happened only in Oct after very long struggle and without finishing the work properly. Main reason is Site Engineer. Very irresponsible person and he will not be available in the site most of the time. Multiple times I have noticed, workers are sleeping in the flat without doing any work. Because of this type of employee, reputation of Jains is getting spoiled and not sure whether Management is aware about this. Management should get the feedback from the customer else they end up losing the customers. I have stopped referring my friends due to this incident.

I own a flat by Jain Housing and I would say they are probably among the worst builders. They delayed our project for 2 years and their compensation was not adequate. The construction quality was poor, in the brand new apartments we find leakages, seepage, dampness of walls. The pavements are of worst quality. Of course, these are all the general complaints with many builders. However, Jain Housing are much worse.1) Do you know this builder is still owning the Club house which comes under common area, even though we all owners have paid for full common area... Feels wired right?2) Have you heard about divide and rule policy, which British in India? The same this builder has done to us owners. When we owners prepared to take legal action against Jain housing, Jain Housing influenced some owners privately and made them as rebels in our Owners association. This brought our owners association into deep chaos and we are all fighting among owners and the builder Jain Housing is enjoying the fights and escaping without any punishment for all his atrocities.3) Do you know the entire project was completed without provisioning a drop of water? The sales executive said while booking that they will provide RO and metro water and what actually happening is we are buying lorry water today.Overall the builders are business minded people with no customer focus and care. No one should buy from them.

Jain Housing was very patient with us and we never felt pressured to buy any home. They just wanted us to find the home that made us excited and was going to be the home that was meant to be ours. We chose Jain Housing originally because of their philosophy on real estate transactions, they pay their representatives a salary and are not on commission. The result is no pressure to buy, no pressure to sell.

Till you pay advance they say everything ok ( any modification u tell ). If you paid advance, you are in trap. You have to beg for their mercy. They wont pick your calls, respond mails, wont finish work on time(+many months/years). Their 2 yr compulsory maintenance is the worst in the universe. They do collect lacs of rupees in maintenance, but wont provide anything back. I bought a flat from them..They never have proper plans for your home..They focus only money.. they call you and ask money on time...They ask more money in terms of customization...They never deliver on time.. I got my flat after 2.5 years after I booked... I never got any update about the building status after 3 months..They never satisfied any customers from the flat which I bought.. most of them are complaining still now..My suggestion please never choose Jain housing for your dream home.. like me no one should suffer..

I’m living in one of their project for the past one year,Jain Sunderbans located in Nolambur.You don’t even have the freedom to choose your broadband, landline and tv operators.You are forced to choose the services for which they give permissions. They won’t allow other operators inside the premises.Who are they to decide my operators.The maintenance after sales is worst, the committee is just for sake.

Jains People are bunch of Liars - Bought Flat in Jains carlton creek last year and still Posession not given. Project running one month late. They are not giving electricity unless you pay full 100% money and condition of block is not livable , with no Lift and No Power backup etc . They told Lift by 28 april and still no Lift there. Beware of Rithika and Vidya - These two Shrewed ladies are showing attitude inspite of being just jains servant as if they are owners. They lure of good location but all inside is worst. Real home buyers are suffering and if you dont trust go and talk to association.Add to that poor quality construction with tilted roofs and malformed Beams at multiple places at jains

Jain Housing Pebble Brook Project is one of the worst projects overall a builder can do. They have sold the flats with false oral promises.Here are the sorry features of the project:1) Not arranged for even a drop of permanent water facility. Jain Housing gave a free advise, after we bought the flats to buy lorry water. They bribes the local authority to get Metro water facility on temporary basis which can meet 30% of the water needs2) The pavers and walk ways are of substandard quality and they were all damaged in one year3) Many flats (including mine) has dampness in the walls and seepage in the flats.4) The club house was provided with second hand Billiards board. Also the builder owns the club house even though the owners have to own as we have paid for the UDS5) They have inconsistencies in the UDS calculations for the flat members6) Most importantly, they have influenced some owners in the society and made them to turn against the fellow owners, like divide and rule policy. This has resulted in many rifts among owners

I did pre booking of jains anuvidha one year back. Still the project is not started. from last 50 days they are returning my pre booking amount. No one is responding propely. Please dont trust thease people.

Poor build quality, delays are a norm for this firm (Was promised delivery in 2013 - ended up getting the keys from Jains only in Dec 2015), lack or absence of customer service, non-compliant in property documents with lot of discrepancies. Its the sheer demand for budget homes that has allowed Jain Housing to flourish for this long... I dont think they would survive in the long run.
