My Airtel sim not working, Airtel customer care office clear the problem
Average customer service.No proper information provided, that which services will be done in which counter, for example recharge will be done in 2nd counter.4 counters are there.Waiting time is high.Around 10 people can sit in waiting area, others need to stand.Better go after 7 o clock, so that crowd will be less.

Good experience. I went there for a SIM change. Covid protocols were being followed. Staff is courteous. SIM change was a smooth process. Staff explained the repurcussions of SIM change (SMS will not be delivered for next 24 hours). Overall experience was good.
One stop solution to all your queries related to Airtel. Shop is clean and Covid-19 compliant. Less service staff to attend customer. Otherwise OK. Difficult for four wheeler parking.

Compared to all the branches this one atleast has some courteous and responsive staff who understand customers. Even though they solved my issue raised after a long time atleast they picked up calls and gave proper response unlike other showroom where people were so egoistic and least cared to even attend customers. Airtel Customer Service Center Bazullah Road, T Nagar , Chennai . Extremely poor customer service. They were supposed to come home to help invalid senior citizens with a change of sim card and a new connection. Have called 20 times with absolutely NO RESPONSE. Spoke to Mr Karthik on the first day who promised to help but no response thereafter . Jio has better customer care and services and very prompt too. Improve your services if you want to retain existing customers

Pathetic to know that a high-tech company does not have a single POS credit card accepting device or any other means to accept payment. They should have at least 3 to 5 wireless EDC devices apart from facility to accept payment by other means like online payment or UPI payment methods. Most of my time was wasted in the payment process.However the saving grace was the quick process of the issuance of a sim.Thank God for small mercies 🙏

I dont know what they think of themselves, useless people with useless service, definitely in some days it will be closed, new sim first recharge cost is 297, they charged me 400 by saying new sim cost 100 rs, i askd the bill then they returned 50, i asked the bill for remaining 50, not given, because its a loot.

I had gone for a simple number change from CUG to Personal number change, its been 4 working days and the number is not active yet. There has been no proper response from anyone in the store or through online. We have been visiting the store everyday to get this right but nothing seems to be happening. Its very surprising that a simple procedure takes so long in such a technologically advanced world.

Went to get a sim Card. Was in a hurry. They charged Rs 450 for a monthly pack that costs 279. I guess the fact that they didnt give me a recipt was a tip off, oh and they didnt want to take card, only cash and gpay. Like I said, I was in a hurry, it didnt strike me then. But scam lol.
Issues were quickly resolved
Always crowded. Staff were not able to reactivate my deactivated SIM card even after 7 or 8 visits though it was in the grace period. Decor could be cleaner. Did not like the attending person poking his nose and touching things. Be also ready for a very hot (A.C. not working optimally) room and mosquitoes!!
While converting postpaid to prepaid, the person SABARI asked us to recharge for Rs.450/- we paid that but he recharged only for Rs.297/-(We confirmed the same with Airtel Customer care). When asked him, he is arguing that the cost of that recharge is Rs.450/- and cheated me. After that he didnt pick the call. Also initially he got the amount and asked us to leave as and he didnt recharge the same. After few hours we called again and again, then finally recharged with LESSER amount and looted Rs.153/- from us. When i call him now, he is not picking the call.BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE VISITING THE BAZULLA ROAD AIRTEL STORE. OTHERWISE YOU ALSO WILL GET CHEATED. GET THE CONFIRMATION THEIR ITSELF.

But that relationship girl worngly changed postpaid and she is not explain plan details automatically 499 plan monthly plan she was activated. Customer care is not good, even they focusing to collecting money from customer,I complaint to airtel customer care, even customer care itself not ready to give proper answer and solution for it.I tried to call many time to solve my problem to store managers and member but no use.
The usual service levels and standards have plummeted so badly. Its all transaction oriented. No empathy for customers. Really feel bad. But no choice in telecom but to continue using their services.

There is no queue or token system being followed at the store for customers. The staff calls the waiting customers at random, with no consideration for those waiting. Though I pointed out, there seems to be no intent to streamline this for the benefit of all. I consider this an unprofessional attitude

One of the worst experience which I faced in recent days nowadays I am paying my bill through online only the staff Subhash so good but other network on the technology support where lagging up among themselves with self the need of from training if we go for a payment through directly to the store they will say the machine vending is not working and if you go for a card payment they will just round of the amount also I dont think it will work out if they do like this for upcoming days also just try to give a proper training

Very very very very very worst service. i approached Bazullah road airtel store for circle change request, they taking more than 4 days to activate and update my details in their stupid software... i cont able to use my old number and new portable number both are not activated still..i am not ready to give even single star rating to this guys... if any rating below than this i will give -10. and also pls note these fellows give switched off/dummy number to customers to send out from store and ask you to call for any queries... worst service..

It is an very very worst airtel store.. I ever seen befor.. I went to this store for prepaid porting.. Usually other store are not charge for MNP.. Here they charge..After one week my old netwrk got de activated. But till now my airtel sim is not getting activated.. It almost 10 days gon still my sim is not activated..Each and every day they telling some new and interesting story abt my MNP activation delay..They dont know abt the basic thing.. Worst employs and very very worst service.. I am going to raise consumer complaint against this store..Who are all working in this store they dont know about their work and reponsible..Who are all read this review.. Pls dont go this store..
Went here for porting mobile number from aircel. Airtel store not attending/accepting prepaid port. they direct me to the outside person, who is standing out side of the airtel store. He is demanding Rs50/- per sim and issue the sim. god grace these sim are activated after a week time.

I went to start international texting. Vandana switched off my mobile data. I go next day and Vandana says it is a network problem. Great. I asked how can it not work when I walk out of store? No answer.She makes a complaint.I got the managers number Guha. They said he is in a meeting. When I called Guha, he was off. They dont bother why there are so many negative reviews about this store.I had asked for a duplicate sim and they havent bothered to submit/process my form so far. They expect me to walk up to their store, get them treated or what? Its been 3 days without network. How do they compensate me for this? I have lost business because of this.Dont ever visit this store if u want any issue to be sorted within a day or two. Airtel calls this EXPRESS store...Having such a thing in one of Chennais busiest areas T Nagar is a blunder.Its high time I go in for MNP for all my 65 connections

I was tried another Airtel outlets before this one - nobody dont want to do nothing. In this outlet the staff wasnt very friendly, but they help me with my problem. Its plus to them. Minus is for cheating - they privately ask from me 100 INR without any bill. And I notice that they cheating their own company - they write a wrong reason and problem I documents. Also they force me to make a new Xerox copy of my passport and visa and new photos. I am not sure it was all really needed. UPD: It wasnt help. I spend a week with: Were sorry, sir! Tomorrow everything will work! For sure! Then I stop it. Now I will try to find another operator. Airtel never more!!
