The sales part performance & initial service part are excellent.. Last year I bought 2 Epson Projector for my clients.. Last 15 days suffered a lot with the same team with their pathetic after sales services.. The team doesnt know the basic courtesy to call back.. I never expected such a worst experience . . After sales service is More Important for any business model to develop the future business. .
The owners are very genuine but the employee started demanding laptop for servicing the copier I had .I lost my throat w his lousy accountant n him.crazy
