Worst work culture and always work pressure.Their website got attacked by a virus, When you go to their website there will be an ad window popping out. Then how they can give quality work to their clients.

My wife worked as a designer for six months, such a worst place to work. The management always puts pressure on the employees. The salary is the credible thing here, never pay on time to their employees and most of the time they give the salary as two splits. No salary increment as promised.Every month theyve been recruiting employee but no one stays a minimum three months. Having only a few clients, unmatured work culture, no proper project management team and the employee alone handles the clients themselves. sometimes employees (even female) go and meet the clients to get the requirements.When you joined they will add your WhatsApp number in all their client groups and you should chat with the clients directly even in late night and weekend.Ive suggested my wife to join this company because of their ratings and review but inside nothing to appreciate. all good reviews are given by their families and friends.

The Founder, Neeraj got personally involved in the formation of plan for our job and monitored it closely till it got traction. Needless to say, I got better results than expected.
