Nowadays the designs are very normal in BIBA We expect more. This store is good. The ambience and interior design everything is good. The prime location like Nungambakkam they should concentrate more on variety by quality and quantity. The staff helped a lot to choose during this Covid time. Parking facilities and location is also good.

I m sharing you my most frustrating level of experience hre..Very much disappointed with the store..First I shopped for around 13000 and later billed one more kurta with out even seeing as dy didnt have stock.. even I paid for dt too..And der ws sme alterations to be done.. so gve it.. later I received a call saying alteration not psble.I asked them for refund.. which they didnt accept.. coz can u imagine without proper fit of d dress . Coz of their style of minting money from customers..Later I asked for credit note( aa I m frm blre n u can imagine d situation over their cant go out too) which again they didnt accept.. atleast at this te they must listen to the problems.. Not ready to hear at all..very poor service for the customer jus ready to mint as much as psble money from customers.. beware of going to this store again.. think twice.. as may b another Vic..They gave me dress back as usaying it fr exchange and providing only 12 days to exchange..Think twice*Think twice..Spoke to manager too no response from h again he was jus looking fr money eaters...

A very good variety of Kurtis and sets. The dealing staff was very helpful, courteous and pleasant in interaction. Keep up the good work!
