All the 5 stars only for the manager, desk staff was arrogant so I went straight to manager. He was soft spoken and supportive like what we expect from a senior government servant. Sir, Hope u will see the comment and show and explain it to ur team. They should learn from mistakes and change themselves. Relationship build business in insurance field. Thank u so much and i am happy that I can walk to ur cabin for any of my insurance requirements.

Slow but agent is good and helping. Speak too much law and very old process. TPA and all name transfer they will ask to visit the DO where it was renewed. No online process old pedogogy method.
