Worst Company. They wont process the claims. Even after giving all the necessary and original documents. They will keep on saying required documents are missing. Seems to be this is not happening only to me and I have seen some other people posting same thing. They have good customer care service to talk nicely and prolong the issue but they will never solve the problem. They dont have ethical values.

Worst service ever. Please do not take medical insurance if TPA is Medi Assist. For a simple claim they have been asking reprated documents and still not claimed. Worst ever service.

They are not providing proper information on cancelled claims.. no proper response from customer care.. Always saying action will be taken on ticket Within 24 hours but that 24 hours goes on like 240000 hours.. Still we will not get our issue resolved.. waste of our time calling them daily.. poor service

One of the person I have been worked in the mediassist project they will mentioned as corporate insurance but they will not follow the rule and regulation and they will follow the policy term and condition they only trained illiterally people sake of uses or money dont buy any other insurance in this company I am not promoting star health insurance Try to buy star health insurance best company

Scammers! If you ever hope to reimburse claims from this TPA, say goodbye to your hopes. They try to deny payment to you in every way. The mails they send are written in such bad English that they are totally incomprehensible. If your corporate has listed MediAssist as TPA, run away.

Worst insurance provider.They don’t reveal the policy details until we apply or renew our policy. Cheating us in the name of insurance. We cannot cancel the policy immediately too. You need to wait one year without making claims but pay for them. Very slow in responding too. No correct contact number. Only communication is through mails. And that is not fast too.Poor app. Website also don’t work well. Some facilities are only available in website and not app but the website has login issues most of the time . I would have given zero stars for themEven after submitting all the ID proofs they carelessly ask again telling they didn’t receive them and denied my claim.Must not they know ID Proof has all our details and to not misuse them?Worst customer service and poor confidentialityFor major illness they give only 50% charging more money and the premium is too less

Claims will be denied without proper reason. After you admitted in hospital for more than 24 hours your chances of claims are very less. Staff are very irresponsible. When you call them to check the claim status They ask you be on hold and they will disconnect without answering your query. very poor service. After you paying more insurance money you need to beg for claims wen you are admitted for critical illness. I have followed up through email many times but they have same one answer Sorry . At first, my claim was approved and ready for payment. but all of a sudden it got cancelled. when I asked Mediasst said .. due to technical issue it cancelled and they asked me to resubmit claim form again. I did it. BUt now again it got denied without proper reason. MOS team are not transparent. NOt sure they may be doing some gol maal. claim id: 103057380

Useless people and pathetic service.I had paid the policy premium through company portal a month back and i am unable to raise claim online.The end user has to suffer.Better not to go for company provided health insurance

I have given four stars to make a remark upon the postal address. Since few days Im trying finish off with my reimbursement paper work. So I had made few calls and they have responded well enough to guide me with details. My email query and plead was too answered in super fast manner. Once I completed with the virtual transactions and get to physical form paper transaction. The postal address of Madras office has wrong PIN code as per the post office system. So called to the MediAssist service representative but they were unaware of the PIN code change. The new PIN code is 600030. I kindly request to make a note. I anticipate for a good transaction and dealing with MediAssist tpa India Pvt Ltd. Hopefully they wont surprises me with hassles.

Phone call support is totally waste , I am not sure why there is call support when they couldn’t solve the problem . Email support also worst they will respond after 24 hrs asking for more details then again they will take another 24 hrs to respond ... totally waste of paying premium... I never done with succesfull reimbursement on my 10years ...

Reimbursement claims processing is very poor.Reasons :1) More auto generated replies - there are no proper response2) Even with the corporate insurance and having dedicated support - the support team simply listen or apologize or say sorry the delay - but they DON:T have knowledge with the claim process3) Original documents are missed by Medi assist and delay the process, finally they cancel the claim and reprocess takes more time - Medi Assist have more strategy making delays and frustrates people with follow up and long wait on the calls.4) More follow up is required to have the claim processed.5) Claim not settled for more than 6 months and still i have and get a reply or response.Majority of the experience reimbursement claims are very slow - Need proper & immediate response and to reduce overall claim time.I am giving 2 star since one of the time the processing was done less than 2 weeks .

Not eligible for even a single star. Very worst service, poor customer service response. Even telephonic analyst dont have much knowledge on claim process. They provided false or wrong details to the customer. I submitted re-reimbursement claim two months ago but still Im waiting for a response from them. Don;t why corporate companies depending on Mediassist or TPA.

For a simple claim they have been asking repeated documents and they are now asking why patient was admitted instead could have been treated as OPD itself. Who are they to decide whether patient should be admitted in hospital or not. It should be doctors whom should decide that... Worst ever service

Medi Assist is the worst TPA Ive come across till date. None in the customer care knows to speak English. They put the call on mute and disconnect abruptly. Not knowledgeable on any policy related questions and all they know is to read from the website. Not able to get any response from Medi Assist at all. Can we walk in to the office directly for any reason?

Very slow in service. Even after 24 hours, pre authorisation is not approved. Inspite of getting SMS frequently saying regretting delay, nothing moved. The important thing is for pre authorisation, they are asking like Kindly provide final bill and discharge summary on the day of discharge. The hospital help desk people got confused when they got the above message for pre authorisation.
