Avoid opting for insurance in iffco tokioI tried renewal but since I have few dent they rejected my request after annoyed me to take multiple inspection videos and they are saying it will take 7 days to refund my payment. All these exploitation they term it as company policy. Please stay away from this only money minded people.
I have renewed my bike insurance here they took half hour for the process. They took photos of my bike. Its kind off less price compare to other insurance company that to for bumper to bumper insurance but main thing is claiming but didnt claim yet. They didnt have paytm or gpay. Only cash or online card payment
The office on North usman road is small. The outlet they had in Nelson manickam road is closed and people from Anna nagar have to travel to pay premium. Better service is expected
The staff should be proactive to reduce wait time of customers and show interest to ascertain the requirement of a customer before the customer has to stand in a line.
Its better to pay your insurance online which is faster, on office they require 2hr. For approval,

Dont go fo iffco-tokio insurance. I have bumper to bumper insurance. They are eveytime denying to claim for the service. When i said i can take actions legally surveyors balamurali from chennai specifically telling like do what ever you want. We are ready to face any legal issues.

Staff there are not soon friendly. They make us wait and to greater surprise card payment was not accepted. Make sure you make use of online payment to avoid pathetic experience.
