Is permanently closed,The centralised customer service is not aware about the defunct branch at mogappair and wasted my time. Pathetic way of running an insurance company.How can company operate a branch without a single contact number?

Cheated me by tell to take a insurance for 8 Lakhs as loan without property & told to pay 30k initial premium for the insurance & its been 3 months.... Till now no official mgs or mails received from Exide abt my loan process... The agent cheated me brainwashed just to put his insurance count.... Till now he is playing a game with me & finally he said loan not approved... Last week... N nw he says thy will return the cash by online... Its not at all believable.... If any Higher officials persons of Exide insurance seeing my mgs... Pls text or reply me... I Have all voice calls of his recordings & Whts app chats mgs of the cheater agent who discussed with me & also I will share his contact details too.... Can I go legally on them..!!?

They worst company on earth, totally fraudulent especially when it comes to claiming your policy money! Please choose any other insurance firm. But definitely wont recommended this.
