We went today with family and ordered signature fondue and it was supposed to be with all flavours of ice cream instead we got only 3 flavours and all were tasting the same. 2140rs is too much. BR and ibaco far better.

I was here today with my mom and was shocked when I was told that there were only two variants available. These were Chocolate & Belgium Chocolate. Of course they had toppings. We had Choco syrup and chips along with nuts as toppings.Please note that the showroom manager has assured of more variants this week.Showroom was maintained tidy. The pricing could have been bit lower. I felt it on the higher side.Cost for two - ₹1290(3 scoops each with toppings for two).Star Rating is not for the product but for the non availability of option

A premium ice cream parlour in Chennai, Haagen Daaz is located right in the beginning of Khadar Nawaz khan Road. Thy are famous for Sundaes, Banana split and chocolate bomb ice cream. I had the single scoop of Mango and Raspberry flavour in a waffle and it was quite average. Something similar to any other ice cream shop. Good place for a nice a chat though. Give it a try once and decide for yourself.

The service was very good. The also offer suggestions and allow us to mix and match the icecream/sorbet instead of the regular recipe. Its quite spacious and well maintained.

Inexplicably divine culinary experience is what Haagen Dazs always achieves with all its customers! We got to sample a couple of their world famous flavours as a part of a Rotaract event, and Im sure we all fell in live with this brand that day! Everyone has to experience this at least once. 🧡🧡🧡

Haagen Dazs makes great ice-creams but their ambiance is very cold and unwelcoming. Their service was extraordinarily slow to top it off in spite of a manager hovering about trying to improve the customer experience. Sharing space would be nice if there was some synergy between Sarahs Soul Food and Haagen Dazs but that is scarcely visible here.

So I was waiting for the right time to hope in here which happened recently.Haagen Dazs is a renowned brand among the ice cream lovers community all over the world, for nearly 50years🍨🍧🍧🍨. They are famous among the other ice cream brands for not using stabilizers in their products. They produce ice cream, bars, ice cream cakes, sorbet, frozen yogurt and Gelato.On my visit I tried eiffel tower, but I actually wanted to try classic fondue or European fondue but to taste this I think there should be Atleast 3 to 4 friends with me. So I opted for eiffel tower. And moreover I had a heavy lunch in Anjappar before getting in here so I could not make up 🙁😕😢The main attraction for eiffel tower was for the architectural design involved in it , that too for a passionate civil engineer like me it is a good attraction which represents eiffel Tower. Similarly we can even have Brooklyn Bridge. Eiffel Tower basically consists of a brownie cake, a large scoop of vanilla kind of ice cream and above it there ll be a smaller scoop of one more flavor of ice cream and finally a cherry at the top. Sides of this ice cream are covered with chocolate carved in eiffel tower shape to give some reality to the dish. Taste wise its good no need of any special mention about it. The shape of this eiffel tower in chocolate should be made out of some stencil to cut it out so perfectly💗💖. And to make this more attractive, they will give u shadow effect of eiffel tower on plate by smearing coco powder in the same shape.And next my mind and stomach couldnt quench the thrist for pastries love so I ordered one single piece of brownie, with some right amount of warmth. Brownie was topped with chocolate syrup. I like the brownie, it was good to taste. 👍👍Ambience is really sufficient for what a dessert cuisine should have. 👌👌👌clean, tidy and well maintained interior to pass time with our loved one.Pricing is💳💲💰 really on its higher end as it comes under High end dessert cuisine. Forget your wallet in this icecream shop. The icecreams are lovely every bit. The presentation is very fancy. It isnt just some scooped out icecream in a cup with a plastic spoon. You have icecream in many sorts of arrangements and the menu will kind of blow your mind. You should just blindly try something - look at the price and be okay with it and then order. The ambience is great. They could always do with better music though. This is an upscale place in an upscale locality.

Very bad availability of ice creams. Most of the ice creams are over. Very bad experience and they kept replacing Belgian chocolate with normal chocolate in all the options.
