One will wonder whether this is private run shop but NO, this is a government run Fully air-conditioned dairy parlour . In comparison with so called private ice cream and dairy parlours, this place is pocket friendly, eye pleasing and the menu is very good with quality dairy products. The highlight of this place is Ample parking space both for 2-wheelers as well as four-wheelers. For dine-in option, sit-out chairs are also available.🍕 Veg Pizza is priced @ Rs. 60, 🍞Veg Sandwich @ RS. 25, 🍦Kulfi bar @ Rs. 25 and my child loved the 🍫chocolate bar nutties @ Rs. 30.The only drawback is restroom is stinky during weekends as crowds are heavy.

It is a pretty decent place for a dyop over on the OMR road near sholinganallur. You get many milk products 1. sweets, 2. flavoured milk 3. Milk powder 4. Chocolates and biscuits 5. Milk sachets 6. Hot milk. Very reasonably priced and quality maintained. Staff are very courteous and patiently attend to the needs of the customers.

Aavin provides one of the best ice creams and dairy products in the market. Their products are fresh quality and delicious. The price is reasonable.

Its a government hi-tech parlour . All the ice creams and milk products are quality and very cheap. Maintenance should be improved and need some chair or any table to sit behind this. Car parking is wide and safe. Need to wait for some time in q for placing order in cash counter. Nice place to bring childrens here.

My favorite shop for ice cream. Greta quality in reasonable price. Good parking space. Though customer service has improved a lot, still some more improvement will help in better shopping experience. Earlier lots of trees would be there. Its better if they could plant few more trees which will add more shade and better experience.

Earlier this place to have some games play area for the kids. Now they have removed it and changed this into a car parking area. Service is not so great but the icecreams and some products are good. Earlier there use to be tree childrens play area it was nice to spend time. Now you have to get into account room and eat. Overall they can improve the service. Otherwise product wise I am satisfied.

One important thing is cleanliness, it often gets dirty with spilled milk products and discarded covers and wrappers. The management is not to be blamed for this; but the people. Very good place to have fresh products. But there is no space for sitting and having the things . It is located in a main place and and also just before the aavin factory so you will get fresh products . But you have to bear the long queue waiting for getting the product.but I sure it will be worth of waiting

We can buy milk and milk products here such as sweets and ice creams. We can go there with the family and friends and parking facility is available. Very good taste and fast service. The place is well maintained and it is clean. This shop is usually crowded on evenings of weekend.

This shop is just attached to the cooperative unit, but the khoa I bought were all 4 days old which just has 7 days shelf life. I didnt expect this. Khoa boxes delivered to me all had ants over it. Even after seeing it the person who delivered it didnt care to ask for. Typical govt shop with dont care attitude.

Never expected that aavin could bring up such a facility. Humble staffs, ample parking, many dairy products. Air conditioned place to sit and enjoy the good food. Please dont expect this to be like a coffee day but it is a good start

Dinning, parking places clean and neatly maintained. All are good. Except staffs. Tobe trained as it quality foods.

Could be better maintained as the design of store is good. Its not clean on the floor and seating layout is ad-hoc. Its far better than as it was though. Ghee, panneer and butter what you get here is fresh and tastes well. Trusting the brand, the best you could do. :)

Though it is named as High Tech parlour,I noticed two deficiencies1. It is not open on Sundays & Holidays when most people visit..&2.In th e entrance there is a projection which damages cars entering.This needs correction..
