Super unhygienic - during these covid times its scarry or the setup will make u feel scaredI preferred walk on stair than getting in the lift (felt unpleasant) room was ( dont ask me ) cud manage my self for an hour in this place as I had to be there

The water for bathing is not clean. You can see black particles in it. Although, there is AC but no AC remote is given. Complaints are not taken seriously. TV is there but does not work in half the rooms, in the other half rooms where tv works, there is no TV remote. Cleaning is not done properly, there are atleast 10 cockroaches in every room. The building is full of cockroaches.

Very very very unprofessional way of handling a property.They serious have no Idea how to handle the property.The electricity bill is a scam.If its 100unit per room and one unit is of 8.5rps for commercial spaces. Then its a total of 850rps which they are supposed to share it with the rest of the roommates. Instead they collect 850rps from each individuals.WiFi issues are one big thing people who have lot of work from home please this is not the place.Food bill included but no food provided.You have to beg the manager to sort out your problems. But its not possible cause you cant find the manager at the property.Do not waste you freakin money. Just go find some other place.

Nice place for a paying guest. One will feel comfortable here as it is fully furnished.

It is the worst pg hostel in chennai.. there is no neatness and also no proper reply from zolo customer service.. they have ripped me off literally.. pls do not choose zolo and especially zolo ascot in vadapalani.. it is the costliest pg and the service provided is pathetic.. will never recommend zolo to anyone..

This place is best accommodation and homemade clean the daily and then working very easily go to early bus stop

Very worst service.See the water quality in zolo ascot..Its like drainage water.Not any services in zolo is good.Highly unprofessional people are there.Totally disappointed with the property.The images shown in website is just to attract people.Many people initiate the notice to leave this property but heard again they are filling i strictly recommend not to choose this property as it has daily many issues are coming and the caretaker are not solving the issues.Highly disappointed.

Worst Place ......I stayed in this place 8 months back ....Very unhygienic rooms...Cockroaches about 20-30 present all over my room...Water was literally yellowish....Care takers never respond to ur problems ....once youve paid

For those who r looking for a pg accomadation in chennai or anywere zolo is not the place its a rip of. They will charge u like there is no tomorrow and the service u get is very poor. Dont be fooled by the photos and other reviews about the property. The star rating i am giving is -10 out of 10

Most of the positive reviews are fake...! Dont believe in them.The services are very bad.The food is not hygienic.The care takers dont care.People smoke weed in the terrace and in the parking lot.Not maintained well, bathroom flush not working.Electricity bill too much even though very less is used.And while checking out, they will somehow come up with a reason to steal 100 to 200 from ur deposit even though u maintained the room very well and havent damaged anything.Customer Care is the worst and they dont respond on time after taking a ticket. They dont know proper english.The rent is too much for this very bad Zolo Service.

Rooms are very comfort . The cleaning of the property is done periodically.But the service from the Zolo is very worse. You will definitely regret your decision later. They dont even respond to your complaints.There is no way to contact the customer care team of Zolo Chennai. They didnt even arrange any alternate for drinking water.The price maybe comapratively less, but dont fall into the trap. Its not worth at all.

Bad customer service and bad customer care by Zolo. They are concerned only about selling their property and done. They do not even answer your queries satisfactorily after you book.No accountability on the bills they charge. They do not provide breakup/ details of the charges like electricity bills etc. Even if you raise a ticket they just reply that the amount is correct and close the ticket. They do not bother to give you the details/ breakup.

Worst management

Expected a 5 star service ended up in -5 .No one takes responsibility when you have issues and even if you wanna quit its not easy, theyll leave you taking all your money. Better to avoid than to regret.

COMPLETE FRAUD THEY ARE DOING AND INCREASING RENTS ILLEGALLY> WASHING MACHINE JUST DAMAGES YOUR CLOTH FABRIC BUT NEVER WASHES THEM> FOOD IS NEVER PROVIDED BUT THEY CLAIM TO PROVIDE IN THE APP AND CHARGE FOR IT, EVEN THE DRINKING WATER DOESNT NOT COME PROPERLY SOMETIMES. Its just a lodge converted into Pg Facility, maintenance is average, cleaning of rooms r done every alternate days. Overall not bad for the money since location wise its very near to amenities like metro station, forum mall and good hotels are nearby
