This place is not comfortable at all. They will talk nicely before you get in to this filthy place but if you have any issues they will not help you. They do not respond to emails and calls but the reminder for food and rent will be on time. I stayed in the place for 8 days and I paid 8000. They did not refund that money. Its been two months,they are not responding to any of my calls. They do not have any basic manners to return peoples money. I had some personal issues and the people who is been searching for me found this place. They just gave my personal information to the stranger and who called himself dad.Firstofall they shouldnt have gave my personal to anyone for that matter. Let it be anyone.. They should have asked my permission before they could give out my information. I have emailing them for past two months. No action has been taken. Very worst people and greedy for money. I am not giving worst review. If you think am exaggerating please the photos I have attached.

Not at all recommendable for stay. I have stayed there for 7-8 months. They take food from a food vendor which is worst. In the brand I stayed the maid who worked there was very arrogant towards us. She speaks all the bad words. And she also hides food from us saying food is over. We have complainted all this to they many times but they never took action on her or change her. And the last thing is they charge too much advance and dont even return it. They say all sweet words when joining like they respond on time, they take our complaints into consideration bla bla bla but they dont even care. When we were calling them to return our advance amount they even blocked our numbers. They tool almost 1 yr 3 months to return our advance amount.

I have stayed in a double occupancy room in building no.2, Velachery for around 6 months. The stay is remarkable and recommendable. Rooms are spacious and clean. All necessary amenities are available. Each query raised to the management will be addressed and solved effectively. However, I would suggest self cooking/ordering food for those who are not based in TN.

Its complementary to all the tenants and no extra charges collected. Fridge is provide in each floor to store vegetables and fruits. Place is good but not food

Homely look and pleasant ambience. The rooms are neat amd clean with all the facilities. Electricity charges will be collected based upon th usage and I am impressed about teh transparent system they follow. Every room has a meter fixed and the tenants can monitor and control the electricity usage. No worry about the power cut as they have power back up. Good stay at affordable rate.

One of the worst management. If u are planning to stay in a PG make sure u dont get urself trapped here. I had my cousin stay here, it took more than a month to get the deposit she paid. They will not give u back ur money and even if u try to call them, they will not attend ur calls and also they will get angry as if we are asking there money. Food is okay and rooms are okay too. But the management is combination of irritating and lazy people. Overall stay here at your own risk or if u dont need ur deposit back.. 😂

This review is based on my cousin sisters stay at your place. No proper response from the management after sending so many mails to the management for changing the bed mattress which was full of bed bugs. They where always asking to send a mail for any issues as if they rectify it timely. And had a worst experience with the property incharger while vacating. My Cousin sister is from other district she was asked to wait on road for hole night since she came around 8pm to vacate the room. Im not being irresponsible. Your management is irresponsible asking a women to stay on road over night to vacate the place. So you better ask your management to be responsible.

I have been staying in Chennai for more than 8 years. I have stayed in many hostels. But this is the worst hostel ever experienced and worst management. I have vacated this hostel before one month. They said that they will return my advance amount of 8700rs within a month. But after a month while I was calling them none of them had attended the call and ignored. Now they are telling me to wait for October month. They are cheating with money. Till now I have not received any of my advance amount. Very very bad experience with this management. They will treat you well untill you come to this hostel.

Its lovely place to stay and its very clean.The food taste and maintenance are really so good.. Will feel like homely atmosphere and its very secured and comfortable(Girls).We can find grocery and fruit shop opposite of hostel.. Free WiFi and TV facility are available in each room. The management is friendly to inmates and will take immediate action on our queries. If anyone is looking for stay in Chennai i could prefer this PG.

Worst pg ever - reasons - high eb bill, worst food, irresponsible admin, they did not give my advance back. I suffered a lot during Covid Lockdown due to these people. The lady who is responsible for answering queries blocked me in whatsapp. When you ask them something they will ask us to create ticket and follow emails. And content of email is just praising them. No accuracy of data for our querries. For peace of mind I stopped asking them my advance.Guys, dont trust them. They just want money.

I was stayed in the hostel 003 building @ Dhandeeswaram .Its the worst hostel i have ever seen. Worst management.I have paid my dues properly through google pay.But they wont give any receipt.so they try to cheat me.but i have the proof .so they couldnt do anything to me.So dont pay anything in person if you decided to stay in the hostel.its a place which is run by irresponsible people.i have attached some photos...this how they maintain the hostel.When i vacated the hostel, i have lost many things.but they didnt take any responsibility.i didnt get any discount from you as you said .if its necessary i will give you the payment statements .I was posted this a month ago.From that time itself I am not able to get the things which the maids was not packed properly.The people are not responding properly.thay have stopped responding for my mails.So I have decided to go for a legal action against that.Everyone should know what is happening there.thats why I am posting this.After paid all the amounts still I am struggling to get my things..very bad experience I am getting there.

I literally had very bad experience off staying there. Myself &.my Friend chose hostel 2.. Later on the very first day we went with baggage. They said no room available later they asked us to stay in hostel 3 with temporary room permanent room was given after 1 month.Food is unhealthy not provided on time. We chose self cooking later n two months they asked us to take out our utensils as they gonna renovate. No proper replacement was provided for the self cooking people. Service providers will just pass on with a note that all are management decision.I made all my payments on time. Vacating Information was given to management as per their norms. Even then they delayed to pay back my advance amount and i have to urge n rush for my money. Fake and improper calculation and were provided and i have to provide them all my payment proof to get my money. ( Mostly management will try to provide all silly reason for not responding,fake calculations to retain the money).Last the only good thing of this PG, located in prime area so they least care about people money minded hostel management.

Stayed here for 6 months! Room is very clean and neat since they clean it all days! I got a two shared two so I think its bit costly but looking on the advantages yes its affordable! My only suggestion is since they get more rent for two sharing room they should include EB bill within the rent!! Excluding EB bill costs us more! Other than that, its very safe to live here since its residential area and hygiene and cleanliness gets 100%

Stay is fine, but it is very difficult to get back the advance money. After I left for home, I had to call the hostel authorities umpteen times regarding the advance money. At first, they kept on saying it will be refunded soon. But it was dragged on for weeks and weeks. I got it back only after 2 months. That too just because of my persistent phone calls and queries.So I would advise all to collect the advance money back before you vacate the hostel. Otherwise, it would be a big headache.

I have stayed in the Taramani branch of this PG for 6 months. Initially the stay was good and pleasant. I vacated the PG by Nov 30,2019 and I still havent got the refund of my advance back. I informed about my leaving 30 days earlier as per the rules. This is not only an issue with me, but also my roommates (2 of them), and 4 other people who stayed in the same branch. We have contacted them multiple times, left several mails to which we have received no proper response till now. They only replied back with a deductions mail where they have deducted the EB for specific months when I have a proof that I paid EB for those months in GPay. I have not even got a response from the management regarding this. we already knew that getting the refund back from the management was an issue and requested them to deduct our last 2 months rent from the advance which they never accepted. Only after we requested this, they bought in a rule saying, if the rent is going to be deducted from the advance, then Rs.1000 will be deducted extra. They expect us to abide by this rule now too. So if you are already staying in this PG or planning to stay here, look before you leap.

I stayed in building #3 for 3 months each for 2 different times. The stay alone was good.Cleaning is not done timely. And one bathroom have to shared among like 8-10 people which makes things worse. They charge crazy a lot saying electricity bill. Apart from that vacating is a pain as they take forever to return your deposit. This happened to me when I vacated both the times. And after a point they will stop responding to calls as well.

I previously gave 5 star ratings for this hostel because it was good and I stayed here again. But my 8 month stay again became the worst. The management is terrible. They ask us to interact with them only through mails but they will NEVER OR RARELY reply to e-mails. They will charge a lot for Electricity and they will not share how they are calculating it. Getting the refund is really a tedious and tiring task. They treat us as if we are living there for free and they are doing a favour to us. There is no prior intimation given if men are entering hostel. They just walk in. IT was a good hostel but now it seems like they themselves want only quantity and not quality to be maintained. I faced the refund issue even when I vacated earlier but I thought that was the only problem and adjusted with it. Facilities provided are good but you cannot approach anyone for any issue. And that makes the stay a terrible one.They will also refund only after you give them a good rating. They spoke to me after I vacated to know the issues I faced only to ask me to change my reviews here. I am not a competitor and this is not a fake review. I also have proof of them telling me that my refund depends on the rating I give them here. No one contacted me when I raised complaints when I stayed there. Only after my review on Google, they contacted me only to ask me to give them a 3 star rating.

Not returning it.i called that prasanna so many times.now not responding my msgs and calls. filed a case just now.let us see.my suggestion.pl do not go this pg. In their website they said free in returning advance, but not paid, said free cancellation...I said in five mins PL cancel the room..not done ..my suggestion to aware for other girls.so posted...now they are replying for my msgs. hey listen again, this is not my mood swings u people not honest to return others money, andwhile.asked speaking rubbish words, this is too bad, twisted the word from second to first floor, this is too worst in your business...and blaming others.also said zero cancellation fee in your website its totally wrong.

Good hostel at an affordable price. We have an option for self-cooking as well. 24 hours water facility is available. Rooms are cleaned on regular basis and the house keeping lady was caring. But advance is high. I was asked to pay one month advance when I visited PG for the first time. After a month they told me to pay one and half month rent as advance. Few rules really makes us very tired. A theft happened few months back. Safety measures were taken only after the theft was happened. Owner is money minded. When I was staying in hostel, there were lots of issues and arguments held with the owner regarding the paying back off advance from the other hostelite.

Its really a good experience with them, the quality of infrastructure is really good with the nominal fare. I recommend this daffodils with my personal experience.

Current and Water supplies will not be available most of the time. They wont repay the advance amount. Its been 2 Months since we vacated and we are daily calling them to get the amount back.

I am writing this review for revealing the worst experience i had with daffodil taramani hostel. Its been one month since me and my friend vacated the hostel.At the time of joining they insisted us to pay the advance amount as soon as possible. As per their rules we hv to inform them 15 days prior to vacating inorder to get the advance back. We had informed them our vacating date on our day of admission. After our vacating we waited till one week patiently asking them the money back.Since then they made continuous lame excuses like register is missing i am on leave contact office people etc for not giving the money. After about 2 weeks they asked us to put good review for getting the advance money. As per that i gave a good review ignoring whatever i really wanted to tell . We had issues regarding thier unhygenic food and we were also asked to pay 1000 rs per person as the electic bill making it like it is becoming 4000 rps electricity bill from one small room . It is impossible to get sich a big bill from a single AC.They were trying to make profit from every aspect. Now its been a month since we have vacated. Inspite ingnoring our calls and messages they are now not even respondng to our messages and we really feel this just like insulting us. My another friend also had a similar experience . I feel that this irresponsible attitude these people show to us is really worst and need to be opened up . Please dont go for this hostel and never give them any advance because you are not gonna get it back.

From the scale of 0-5, Room-3/5,food-0/5,water-0/5(yellow coloured), cleanliness-2/5,And theres a lady who (kannama-worker) doesnt care even if you die in front of her. As a doctor I can say,If you dont care about your health,but just money you can choose this hostel.I really dont understand how people are giving 4stars or 5stars(manipulated reviews). PS: Your advance amount will not be returned on time(I got it after my dad scolded the manager) and theyll deduct money saying stupid things like drainage cleaning(not just 100 or 200rs,more than that)etczz.Chuma Theyre giving replies like theyre right.

Am saying this on my own experience.One of the lady warden named kannama, who has no humanity working over there. In a critical condition, I called her for help. But the good hearted lady told a fabulous world like am not getting salary for working you. On the other hand, my friend got fainted. Then I was taking care for her on my own. The reason why I shared all this is, we are in the compulsion to stay in the building maintained by few members called pg i.e., PAYING GUEST. Management has the major responsibility to provide the best hospitality & facility. You cant treat us like one of your family member but you can treat us with mercy. Atleast management can do this for the money we paid for it. Be with humanity. Provide the best accomodation for the money you get from us.

The owner is extremely money-minded and would never pay off the deposit amount back properly. Irresponsible staff and water smells like drainage. My overall experience was not satisfactory and I would not recommend the PG to anybody. Not worth the deposit and rent charged.
