Divine mam and Einstein are super good.if you guys want to consult a doctor with reasonable price please visit this hospital.unless it is mandatory they will not ask you to take any test.In simple words trust both of them.They both will be so friendly.if you some attitude they will give them back.Even if you do operation in this hospital me.einstein will take personal care untill the patient is completely cured.Compared to corporate hospital this is much better.

I really dont know why this much negative review for friendly and approachable doctor in madampakam area.Me and my family is getting a treatment for long in this hospital.He is really good in treating the illness and diagnosing the problem.Even at mid nights we can contact him through phone to get support. Also we will get support even post operation.

I have visited this hospital for an emergency for my father.. Dr. Einstein helped us from sending ambulance to attending calls even at midnight..he was clear in his communication and explained the exact scenario what happened and how to be taken care..thankful to Mr.balaji who took utmost care of my father..Mrs.Ramya,Mrs.Meenakshi nurses(others too doesnt remember their names) were too good with their words and work that doesnt feel he was undergoing treatment.. thankful to frontline staffs, pharmacy lady and service workers..

I dont know where to start! Please never ever visit this place even if you are dying. They only need money nothing else. The nurses there are terrible! Dont even know how to take an injection or put drips! Hand is fully swollen and medicines given not even effective! Never visit this hospital and dont even believe the 4 or 5 stars given here. They are not even worth 1 star!!

Worst hospital in madambakkam.. cleanliness is zero.. they charge around 1500 Rs for each day as bed charges and when we ask the ward are not clean , request to maintain it properly . Dr.Einstein is asking us to go for some other good hospital where they will provide good rooms for patients.. such a worst poor response from a doctor i have ever seen..Even drinking water were not provided for the attenders and patients as well... Their motive is to earn money from the people.

Late night Duty doctor does not seems efficient and professional . She gave 5+ drugs for 5 days and injection for simple cold and cough. Since we have baby we thought of taking all at least for 3 days but within a day the cough stopped but got some side effects as shivering hands, stomach upset .... they should explain each drug before providing and should have told if those cause any side effects or not .....

If Madambakkam people really cares about their life please do avoid this hospital.I dont know how they got license to run this hospital.This place looks like public bathroom.There is no guarantee for life if u go to this hospital.

These people say explicitly that their intention is not to make money but that is the only thing they do. Dr. Einstein will have all the time to speak to their staff and pushes patients to the duty doctor. Even if you have headache for 2 hours the duty doctor prescribe 5 tablets after every meal, they dont have experience and professionalism, the moment you say fever they suggest all the tests. Most of the medicines suggested here are too costly and available no where else. Interestingly they will check how many medicines you bought in their medical in your last visit. Not having decent & affordable hospital in this area is the only reason these people get patients. Cleanliness poor. They open all the time so you can keep it for initial screening and should be a last option.

Dr. Einstein and Madam have started this hospital long back, when there were absolutely no basic medical facility in this region, as a social service.Now they have grown out to be a decent hospital in this region with good facilities.I could see huge infrastructure becoming a multi speciality but also have become business oriented now a days.

Professionalism is nill. The hospital staffs are worst. I took my 2 months old baby and I was the fourth person waiting for one and half hours to consult the doctor. The doctor didnt even complete the consultation for 2 people, but went for the rounds. Finally I came back home without visiting the doctor but wasting time there.

Worst experience ever .Took my sister for an emergency admission on fracture no proper response doctor and nurse called xray person for appointment and we almost waited for 1hour plus since doctor and nurse was busy seeing serial in mobile . After 45mins when we asked them they gave a painkiller injection without any consultation we were made to sit in receptionThey charged us consultation fee 100 (without any consultation )Painkiller -22After that xray person turned up took xray but came up saying machine fault .Guys please dont go to this hospital for anything .Giving one star though I cant post this .

Poor customer service, shortage of staff and those present dont show courtesy. The reception lady is worse, she speaks as if we had asked her money. They hospital lacks parking space. Only the main lady doctors conduct and customer friendliness speaks for the whole hospital. Technology wise system is in place but the real operating procedures is missed. U have a footwear stand at entrance but all place the footwear at the entrance. The staffs use their footwear to go out and roam inside the hospital. As seen in other places, all visiting doctors take only cash as its fees. The duty doctors change very frequently and are not experienced ones. Really had a very bad time at the hospital.

Been to this hospital many times... mostly midnight emergencies... the hospital runs 24*7... Duty doctors available round the clock... However the situation is worst if we go for OP in the evening... You have to wait, wait , wait and wait for a long time. No body cares you... No body answers you... Charges are very high... My recommendation is if any emergency situation at night please visit this hospital otherwise kindly ignore.Advice to the management (Dr.Einstein)Sir, Please dont take too much time for the patients.. meanwhile you go out of the room and come back to your seat it looks like you are least bothered about the patients who are waiting... please give the admin work to others you please stop involving in that... Went in for a fever and the hospital diagnosed it as typhoid, but after a second opinion it turned out to be viral fever.
