Crowd management could have been done better, for the vaccination process. Other branches of the apollo hospital.. At Greams Road, and Taramani are doing a better job in terms of crowd management and in facilities for the crowd. People are just made to stand in the queue here for long hours in the hot sun, not recommended especially for elderly people.
