This company spoiled my careerWorst Company. They had taken my Marks Card, they had make me an agreement of 30,000 Rupees for 1 year. After joining the company they provided training for 2 Months, but no salary had been given while the training is going on. Salary will be released only if you passed in the Examination.Managers will pretend things regarding Leaves and will put the salary on Hold.to release my SSC marks card certificate, they taken 30,000 Rupees from me. I lost my time and money and my valuable fresher period.

Worst place ever seen, very worst atmosphere al my frnds ran away from this company. Seriously I left from office. educated people in the company and no quality in work and they always want quality less production count

Its a factory there is no employee benefit to work. And more over no one will consider the EMP, None of the staff will help to EMP. There are not following Govt rules on work hours policy, permission, maternity, paternity. Even they are cheating in PF while joining.

Hi am a IHS ex-employee. My manager name is chandru he dont have process knowledge and peopele management.IHS Worst Management I ever seen.Salary will be created only at 8 of every month.Please dont join here it is a pakka fraud company.Worst company and with worst maintenance. They dont have even have a cafeteria.As far as Im concerned one should not waste their time by choosing this as their career.

Pls dont step in to this place, one of the worst employer which I had worked. They cheat their employees and hold on their monies. There is no class in work environment.

If u r opt to work in a corporate, trust me this facility is not for you.. In Vepery, the ambience was not good at all, but we are not looking for a place to rest, a place of work will be like that, we have to learn a lot and adapt to the environment, roof top canteen is very good, but if it rains it will be a total disappoinment, For night shifts, only till 11pm and after that from 1AM to 2 AM the canteen will be open, we can avail tea and can smoke at times, but there wont be any snacks provided after these intervals. There is no bunker or medical room facility, no cab for pickup or drop unless u pay Rs.1000 per month for only drop and that to is for those who leaves at 3:30am. For those 8:30 pm to 5:00 am shift, there wont be any cab.

I just worked there for about 6 months , i was not happy with the work atmosphere and had quit, horrible work culture and no proper maintenance, worst cafeteria, no cab facility. Restricted to go out of office premises. Friendly co-workers, no work pressure. good training people. person who trained my batch was awesome. Thank you Im.....

I worked 5 months only. my communication is poor, but they gave chance in intrvw, trainer told more about how to grow and he helped to understand all the things easily. training is best, but sorry to him and my bro (TL) because I upscond. more salary is wanted in my family. so only i went. now i am in good salary, becoz of u sir. all the youth should join ihs and grow. here they give chance and teach all the thing. other companys only take good communication staff. i will give 50 stars to my IHS.

A worst organisation in healtcare industry who doesnt want to see their employees to be happy. If you want to experience the prison life just join IHS, you will feel likea prisoner.Untidy restrooms having ceiling fans over the toilet rooms where the odour circulates inside the room.Very old computers with CRT moniters having 512mb ram.There is a team called employee relations but doesnt care about employees.Lift is there but employees shouldnt use it. Everyone should use the staircase to go to cafeteria which is in 4th floor. I used to see a physically challenged person who is working in 3rd floor, used to climb the staircase to go up. Very rude securities.salary date is 8th. No parking facility. Closes the office shutters so that no employees cango outside in working hours.Worst company i have ever seen.

In terms of treating employees with respect, salary date at 8th of each month, highly worst cafeteria (with smoking zone for non-smokers, no two way cab facility, salary holdings unnecessarily, handovering mobiles to securities (cant get back in the middle of the shifts), stretching hours for work more than the actual working hours (not all teams), no proper computers (crt monitors are being used only in this company), ceiling fans in the toilet room (height of tragedy), drizzling water from the cafeteria taps, No cost-free foods or drinks, No proper foods (only Dosa, brinji, parota, fried-rice with rich chinese salt, egg kushka, veg kushka) everyday, going outside of the office premises in the middle of the working hour is not permissible, insufficient vehicle parking slot, uninvolved Human Resources/higher level managers.
