Generally I dont write reviews, but this one is an Ace and deserves one! Bought an Oxygen Concentrator for my mother living in T Nagar during May 2021. Honest pricing and didnt even look at exploiting the covid peak. I had checked for similar concentrators with various vendors who were literally looting and selling the concentrators like auction object. But Hitwin gave me the best price and indeed the service was commendable. Mom faced issue last month, they immediately sent an service person got it rectified. If you are living abroad and want a secured option, dont look beyond Hitwin. I think I spoke to Mr Babu, thanks for your help, appreciate it.

Though I was confused whether to order it from Amazon or from Hitwin. But after reading the reviews and some of research I decided to go with the company as the support was required for my mother. Honestly, excellent support from Hitwin, right from delivery and doing a proper demonstration of the machine. There was a minor indicator issue after a week I bought the machine, but on my call they immediately attended to it the very next day and rectified it. Highly recommend it for those who cannot be physically present at home.

I was badly in search for an oxygen concentrator, cylinder for my covid positive old father. I came across this company (referred by our pulmonologist) as very genuine which doesnt exploit their customers even in this hectic, messy situation we are in at present. I was able to buy an oxygen concentrator, oxygen cylinder from them at earliest possible time with the help of Praveen, Kalyan & Roselyn. Also, when the oxygen concentrator got repaired today (12th May 2021) their service person Logibala sent by Kalyan/Rubesh reached our home promptly sensing my urgency and fixed it. Their team and service are highly appreciated in this pandemic period. Iam sure this company and its team will rock in future and wish them to be very successful. I cant give any other rating to them except 5 star!!!

Even during the current pandemic crunch situation, the company head Mr.Babu accepted my call late night and assured that he will try his level best and see if he could arrange for an Oxygen Concentrator despite of having no stock. The point here is , even after taking 100s of calls through out the day, he didnt say NO upfront. This is a true example of professionalism.The Hitwin Helathcare team also infact is doing a great job. Very happy with Hitwin Healthcare. Bought Bipap and Oxygen Concentrator on 13 Dec 2020. We live in Semmencherry, however the delivery was very prompt and the service engineer gave us a proper demonstration, almost 2-3 times till we were able to handle on our own. After 2 days an executive called up and rechecked if all is OK. Very Very professional. Mr. Babu helped us to take the right product. We tried 3 brands before finalizing on the product. We bought the Auto CPAP machine after initial trial and it is working well and getting better sleep over past one week and daytime is much better than before.
