Very dissatisfied with the service provided.in a period of 8 months we have had more than 10 attendants coming and going. Absolutely zero communication happens when an attendant goes on leave. And all the attendant 24/7 are on phone. In the whole period there was only one good attendant who was sent off to Singapore

Amidst the challenge to serve patients in current age in terms of finance, quality and trust . We found one that is Bharath Home Medicare. On August 31 Samuel pitched i wit staff sirisha. We the family would remain gratitude to Mr. Ramesh and Mr.kannan . Ramesh stood with us at all tough times and provided staff replacements a big concern on time. At times we did go through rough patch but it was only due to ramesh we held on. There were times company used to rue on no profitability but the company was reminded that the staff they provide and we pay always remains higher. We thank ramesh who dilligently delivered. I would say maangement of nurse is a universal issue amidst unorgainsed sector of which if you find Bharath Home medicare hang on to them. My only suggestion to BHMC is make a strong base of staff have patience like what Ramesh and Kannan had -your vision must be to serve with passion. Here staff say I thank first sirisha but she was very arrogant with frog in the well knowledge. Kusuma a staff who served till end very dedicated girl . Madhyapradesh staff Aarti Jyoti parvati ritu salute them. Odisha staff kanchan and sulochana picked up well. Last but not the least Anu from Chndwara , Madhya pradesh a down to earth humble girl - if you get anu you are lucky . 7 th Nov they were scheduled with 830AM to 9 AM home visit for Icici Lombard. Previous day good hour 1030PM they called to confirm, Ms Rekha of that company. Next day , till 855 no info. I called and they said they are on the way. But till 1045 AM nothing happened. I called ICICI and selected another clinic nearby for 13 th. But we got info saying , again, Bharath scans will come for tests. Something going on in ICICI Lobard. Why the people who allocate are keen on this.
