Good land and gated community

I booked a plot in Kandigai By giving 50k cheque as confirmation.After they received cheque they framed some stories that someone is fighting For that same land we are not sure is that a fake story (may be they might looking for better price than what we booked)they asked us wait and we were waiting for more than 20 days ,they were dragging these much days by giving false hopes that they will definitely book it ,but the staff Anoop as well as manager mr Arul did not booked that in our name till last.I did not see this as ethical ,at last we lost our patience and shouted at Arul manager, but Arul with attitude said he can’t allocate the plot to me after waiting for a month.Kindly choose good staff in that company to log your processWorst behaviour in total market strategy.(not everyone will be like that)
