Bought an Apartment from this builder few years back at West Tambaram. Really had a pathetic and bad experience with them. As usual the handover was delayed by more than a year. Moreover the Quality of the build is very poor. Some of the houses in our Unit has the Tiles broken/popped out in less than 3 years from the handover date. Also many cracks were noticed on the walls in less than a year. Would never suggest this Builder to anyone.
