Bought an echo Pro massage chair for 1.4 lakhs a couple of months ago, had to change the location of the chair to a different floor and called customer service. Very poor response... have been trying for weeks now to get some body to come and disassemble the chair. Finally caught hold of an engineer from the company and had to disassemble it myself through a phone call and some videos sent..now I am trying to reassemble it which is insanely complicated and there is absolutely no help from the company...worst customer service...they have engineers in chennai but are not bothered to send someone over even if you are willing to pay them...God help me if there ever is a problem or service issue with the chair at a future date..
