Been working out with Hari for almost 6 months now. Really good trainer. Very professional in his approach and develops very structured training plans. He helps me push my limits but in a very safe manner. The high-intensity circuits are always exciting and are a good mix of workouts.I hope Primal Patterns continue conducting online sessions even after things go back to normal.
Choosing Primal patterns for my fitness needs is one of the best decisions I’ve made in recent times. They had helped in 2015 to fix my spondylitis with just a few back strengthening exercises. I’ve gone back to them now to reintroduce fitness and a regular exercise routine in my schedule. The instructors are very professional, qualified (all of them have advanced degrees and diplomas in physiotherapy), kind, courteous and goal-oriented. My instructor, Srihari, is a delight to work with. Gently goading, pushing me to achieve my goals without pushing me over! I’ll strongly recommend them to anyone who’s looking to start, maintain or build a routine.

Though the studio is small, I like the attention given by the trainer. They provide good results. Must visit.
