This guy is a chit. Offers room like a 5 star hotel, while offerring only bed thats for 7500/- and tv, wifi, electricity all other amenities are excluded and taken extra charge. At the end doesnt return the security money also. If you call, he wont receive the call.

Its a room with AC and without Ac but u cannot stay here for 2 min without Ac bcoz its dump place
